I was in HR for 40 years. I gave all new hires 3 simple rules for keeping their jobs. 1. Come to work on time. 2. Do the job we pay you to do for the entire time you are at work. 3. Mind your own business. Every termination I dealt with involved violating one or more of those 3 rules.

Her IRS story does not add up. If the IRS placed a lien on her assets it is because she owes them very big, had not been paying her taxes, and has ignored them. The IRS usually contacts you by mail and if serious, by certified mail. It is rare - tho’ possible - that the IRS will text you or even call you. They might visit you.
I do not believe she is being forthcoming.
It is possible that she was not reporting, filing, or paying taxes on her RUclips earnings. The IRS can let years slide by before they contact you about delinquent taxes. By then, she will have accrued interest on that back tax.
It appears to me she needed a job to pay her owed taxes.
Many corporations will background check to see if you owe taxes, liens, arrests, or if there are shady details in your background. And, hire you while the background investigation is ongoing. If something is found, and you lied or omitted it on your application, they will fire you. I have seen this over 100 times.
It could be that the “corporation” uncovered her tax problem and decided to let her go; especially if she lied about it or omitted it on her application.
I do not buy the phone story.

And for like ten to twenty minutes you wouldn’t even notice that he was behind you. The moment you put it down, he would just casually say hey wasn’t done reading that. Of course anyone would jump up and be caught off guard for a split second and then die inside from embarrassment. As you have n way of hiding it from him. Or trying to b.s you way out of it. He would give you a warning the first time. And second you hand over your phone and you get it back at the end of the day. Like kids I. Grade school. Usually when caught the first time that was enough for everyone not to use your personal phone during business hours.

She should’ve been proactive and found something to keep herself busy. Reading manuals, filing or familiarizing herself w the filing system, reviewing documentation, making a list of questions she might have pertaining to her job or the company…it wasn’t a set up. It was a test and she failed miserably.

When you are in your training period, your trainer is teaching you while they are still doing their own job. What is expected from you while starting is to ask questions while shadowing your trainer. Pick up on what they are doing and learning as much as you can. Even if they are a bad trainer, as not many people are good at training, you are still responsible for staying proactive. People easily get fired from the early period for just sitting around and not doing much, a main complaint of older folks.

      I totally agree with you
Most posts are foolish trying to take up for the heifers and untrained women's black 🖤 women's
She should've took this as a learning experience and changed for the better instead she's trying to use it against hr sad to say she will never learn and from the look of things she's not a lady
a lady is in control of herself at all times her generosity of giving her self worth her respecting herself and other's she has morals and integrity😉

Sad she lost her job in a 2 week span. I bet a camera caught everything she did. Parking in the vip parking space got her fired. Major league L

I went to her channel and saw she made a video about her first day at work. Someone in the company got ahold of that information and .ade the decision.
