@@tezzanewton no. This is objectively better movement than you would get in even the Sarx lineup. Further, the finishing is better and QC is better. In addition, this has all of that and is cheaper BY FAR. This watch knocks Seiko out of the water.
I own several presages, the finishing on this watch blows them out of the water. Even things like the double domed sapphire are next level and punching above it's price point.
