Sierra Boggess and Julian Ovenden performing Balcony Scene/Tonight from West Side Story in the BBC Proms 2012 - Broadway Sound with the John Wilson Orchestra.
Recorded and performed on 27th August and Broadcasted on BBC Radio 4 on 1st Sept.

The programme content was only released about one week before the concert. The running order was even changed on the night by JW. The singers were only announced a few days before as well, although we had heard that Seth was appearing.
They had the same problem with My Fair Lady, the owners of the rights wanted silly money to allow it to be televised.

did someone video it from the red button ?? for all this time i didnt know it was sierra singing, till after i realised it was her :) love these too, she does it so well !!!! love the audio

This part was never shown on Red Button either, but the BBC kindly uploaded the video to RUclips on 10 September! :-)
