Dr. Lisle is very interesting a good person for society and the world. You too Dr. Tolosa. Your town looks very interesting. I have been lucky to spend time alone for quite awhile now and that helps me maintain the diet. I do feel my tendency to want to conform to society. It is very powerful. Another very powerful force is the media through commercials and influence on so-called objective sources.
The negotiation tips from Dr. Lisle are a goldmine!

Thank you so much for your efforts over the years to elucidate and spread the messages of so many WFBP experts, Gustavo. Your personal transformation was amazing to watch unfold. I especially like your interviews and the personal banter you bring that helps us relate and get to know the experts in a more personal way. I really like that painting and its bold happy colours too!

One of the moments people should anticipate and prepare for is when your doctor gives you a cancer diagnosis, and you are about to be swept up into a treatment protocol you are not ready for.

This was mesmerizing. The information about social tension and esteem vs status was fascinating.

That's why when there's food around and I'm the only vegan I feel super uncomfortable, like I'm about to commit a crime, even if I deeply know it's the right thing to do.

So what do you do, when your husband always want to have people over for dinner eating SAD diet, while I’m not, I have to buy, cook the meal, meanwhile try to eat just salad. Maddening! My answer is I don’t want to, he gets irritated.

Perhaps he should consider buying and cooking the food, or ordering takeout. And you could make a plant-based dessert if desserts are okay for you.

@@kathycostello2180 small town, no restaurants worth getting takeout!! Haha! Thanks though.

Perhaps you still have people over, but cook your food. It is my choice what I do. I choose to do what makes me stronger. Allowing temptation (by preparing food for others and shorting yourself) is self sabatoge.

@@lauramorales8773 I agree, it takes strength and adds much stress when it should be just enjoyable for all.

      Make lasagna or a
Giant pasta dish that's compliant to your preferred eating habits and salad and dessert. People will not know if you don't tell them. I did this for Thanksgiving.
Have all the elements of a dinner party. You can make yourself a cool mocktail with a frozen blackberry, a peppermint leaf, and sparkling water with a splash of pomegranate juice.
If ppl ask what is this food? tell them you got a new cookbook. ..You're trying new recipes. Get them a drink. put on some music And hand them a plate.
Make a pasta "bar" so everyone can pick ingredients to add to their pasta.including sauces and veggies. Plant based italian sausage... Artichoke hearts. Lentil Bolognese, Grilled marinated veggies. Mushrooms. If you don't eat pasta make Zoodles for yourself. Etc
You'll be surprised. if you don't tell anyone. They won't know.
