Keeps asking for paper in cart 1, so load it. Then it will say now needs paper in cart 2. It’s a never ending circle. Why can’t I just print some damn envelopes in one tray??? Why so difficult.

Did you have any luck? I'm using cardstock and my prints look terrible. I was trying to figure out how to load it through the back feeder but no luck.
I'm on iMac. I have photo paper loaded on tray 1 and regular paper on 2. I want to print photos using my CMD-P (Mac dialog). But the print comes out on the lower tray regular copy paper. I don't see how to set tray 1 for photos. Help please. Thank you

hi! i got this printer secondhand. it is currently missing casette 1. it doesnt print anything even after inserting a new cartridge
all the ink levels are full but i’m just getting streaky or plain pages. would you have any suggestions?
