My Epson software disk for this computer will not complete installation. It downloads and begins installation of the drivers and utilities, but the progress bar hangs and stops at 27% complete. As an alternative to the disk, I downloaded the driver & utilities combo pack from the local Epson support site. It ran identical to the disk software and once again stopped processing and hung at 27% complete. Disabled the firewall and all anti-virus software and re-ran installation several times with the identical result. What else can I try???

The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.

On your printer select the language button then select Spanish!(I am thinking maybe it is not true)
