It's honestly hilarious that they put the new res point at the frog boss. Because with how you pull this dungeon on high keys people STILL won't be able to get back because you have to skip all the dragons in the hallway. Would have made much more sense to put it at the frost boss.
It lets someone take 50% of the DMG to be instead dealt over 8 Seconds So its basically Like 50% damage Reduktion but you still get the DMG as a dot,kinda Like brewmaster stagger

As far as I can tell it's Bigwigs (addon not a weakaura), and you have to set it to send sound alerts for abilities (and other stuff)
It's a custom weakaura, you can find the main version by twicks on wago.
