The fact that it retains the valve support makes this product immediately leagues above anything else I've seen.
Not sure why anyone would get an exhaust for this car when the stock exhaust is perfect.
Couldn’t agree more. I feel a lot of people just want a loud exhaust no matter what. It is like singing, loud doesn’t mean someone can sing. I personally like Elantra N’s stock sound signature. One of the best stock exhaust notes!
Facts, I’d just get a tune with an Intercooler
Not changing mine.
I got my downpipe in. Videos once the car gets to my dealership.
I just need to get an that exaust for mine i got sel and not n
Still sounds better than the borla 🤷♂️
Not much louder than stock, but the pops are deeper, not as raspy. Man the dct sounds better with this exhaust overall. Especially the farts between shifts. Sounds like a European car.
Right?
Damn that sounds GREAT👍👍
Just had this exhaust installed (cat-back), the video doesn’t do it any justice. Sounds incredible in person; very deep and mean, no drone.
I was about to post this as well, this videos audio doesn't do this system any justice at all. Soooo much better in person.
I’m torn between this one or the borla. 😭
That sounds amazing, wow!
Sounds awesome
Now, this sounds hot! I had a 95 Elantra back in the day, with the 2.0 Mistu motor, just like the non-turbo eclipses. I would've killed for the car to sound like this! Well done, fellas.
I would love this
Pretty nuts
I like how this is set up for sure...hmmm I have an idea lol
I have their non resonated mid pipe exhaust system on my Hyundai Elantra N. It makes "N mode" sound X 3! It sounds INCREDIBLE!!! Louder/more pops and bangs! I love it! Got mine early for $430. And eco/normal mode back to dead quite. Best of both worlds! Love it! Thanks AFE Power!
website shows the complete system for around $1900
@@4drturbo85 yeah I got the mid pipe exhaust when they just released it. Now damn prices when up. The mid pipe exhaust sounds amazing tho! Best $430 part I've spent.
@@MrAdams-zg6gv The mid pipe exhaust is just the center section correct?
@@4drturbo85 yup exactly. You can always add the axle back Takeda exhaust part later to make it a full cat-back system. But the middle pipe lets you still be quiet if you want... just by changing the drive mode. Definitely handy around cops lol
@@MrAdams-zg6gv the rear section on the takeda has the valve also
doesnt seem much louder than stock
No it sounds much more controlled and refined, an improvement for sure!
Nah but that deep rumble though
It'd slightly louder than stock, but it's way deeper and clean sounding
Sound better stock imo 😅
I love in Cali and have a 22 DCT. I’m not doing anything that makes the car louder. lol. It’s perfectly loud enough as it is. Plus this doesn’t sound any “better” in my opinion.
What does this mod do to the warranty?
Hey, no it won't!
Based on the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty of your vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless it is proven that the aftermarket part was the cause of or contributed to the failure of the vehicle (15 U.S.C. 2302 (C))

@@aFePower1except dealerships will say that it contributed to the failure and there is nothing the customer can do about it lol
Don't know if 15hp scattered through the powerband is worth the $1723...a tune + inlet gets you way more...for way less.
Why not both?
@@Fauxbra I was just gonna say that 😂
@@Fauxbra Because it would cost bucks Izzy is correct you can get much more for less money way less then the cost of this setup plus it will keep the cops off your back.
@@NBABY-J nah I’m gonna touch the exhaust I want a deeper rev
Yeah you've got SXTH offering up an upgraded FMIC &Turbo inlet/CPTL intake for the price of this🤔 These 3 mods combined make atleast this much power according to various dynos👈
What’s that’s rattle I hate it
i dont hear it anymore. i guess stock is bnetter
No their non resonated mid pipe exhaust system sounds incredible in N mode!!! Like X 3 good! I pop n band all over here in NY. Definitely makes N mode EVEN BETTER! Trust me!
@@MrAdams-zg6gv can you post come clips of your mid pipe exhaust note?
