Thank You Terry, I found your video to be very informative., I have played around quite a bit with photo stitch in previous versions & really love doing it when time permits. Can't wait to give it a try in PE 11.
.good morning Terry. Your videos are very informative. As one who has used photostitch quite a bit, I have found that to get a better idea of what the finished design is going to look like, rather stitching it out, save it and view it in the design database. You get a more realistic view of the design. Stitching it out is very time consuming as photostitch tends be stitch intensive as you mentioned. Also, I would recommend using a minimum of5x7 hoop, as the 4x4 is rather small for this type of design. Please keep up the good work!
Just dipping my toe into photo stitch. Where is the "Design database"? I, too, am having difficulties understanding what the design will really look like at the end prior to stitching-thanks for the great video!
Thank you for the video. I just got PE 11 and my Brother machine, but I’m an all around beginner and I have no idea how I’m going to learn so the help is greatly appreciated. I’ve had trouble with the masking. For example, if you want to stitch just the girl (not the background in a square), how do you get the mask to choose the correct piece of your photo?
Dianne Salazar - The thread color chart appears about 5 minutes and 50 seconds in the video once I resized the image to fit within the design page. You can select from several charts built into the software or create your own thread chart.
Cynthia Farris - it is possible that it was not loaded when you installed the software. Did you select My Documents first? If you noticed this was patched off of My Documents on my computer. If not there, try going to your Programs folder and find the PE Design 11 software and search for the folders in the video. If you do not find it, see if you can find the files on the USB drive for PE Design 11. If not, I would contact Brother tomorrow. They are fairly quick to respond via phone call.
Hi Terry, Brother has come a long way as far as photo stitch is concerned, but I still do not really like it. I am looking forward to your next video. Helga

How did you get the thread color chart??

Terry Maffitt I did see that later...ooops!
Should I uninstall and reinstall?
where do you purchase the program photo stitch?
This is a feature inside of PE Design 11
How do I buy a copy of PE Design 11?
btpuppy2 - Contact a Brother Dealer.
Hi, can you tell me why you can only get it through a dealer? With covid, I can’t walk into a dealer to buy it from being high risk, even with a mask.
I can’t find this image in my pe design. When I open photo stitch 1 and click on pe design 11 I don’t get the site you’re on.

Can I get an email for you? I’d like to send you a shot of what I get when I click on photo stitch.
I found it but having trouble bringing it in like yours.
Cynthia Farris - what kind of problem?
