This is a Rush song I have never tried to cover for fear of the 3 big fills towards the end of the song , the fear of not being able to pull those off prevents my attempt at trying to cover, watching Neil on Exit Stage Left pull those off especially the 2nd fill is intimidating. Great job all the way around my only criticism is that you need more cymbals to complete your sound, not enough sonic representation cymbal wise !.Just Kidding bad joke aside you did a fantastic job 2 thumbs up !!!!
Just a few things. First, overall playing is good but this set looks so ergonomically uncomfortable that it’s difficult to watch lol. Second, it looks like this was shot with some kind of fisheye lens so maybe that’s what adds to the look of uncomfortableness. Third, now that’s a set of cymbals!!!! Finally, there’s something that’s missing from this performance. I can’t definitively put my finger on it. He plays the majority of the right notes but the overall feel is off because he has such a reach. Maybe it’s the lack of mics. Who knows. Anyway, that’s just my opinion(s) but as a whole this was worth watching 👍
