    A: I’m extremely grateful that you want to work with me. Unfortunately, at this time, I do not provide coaching services. If I was going to be responsible for the success of others, I would want my full attention to be devoted to them. Currently, I am extremely focused on my upcoming cookbook and my own goals and not in a position to dedicate that time to someone else’s journey. Maybe in the future.

    I just adore you and appreciate so much your sharing the TRULY clean and healthy life! I have had 6 children and had some health problems. I want to focus on my vegan dreams and fitness beginning journey. I watch your videos every day❤️❤️

I would love to be considered for the booty band! ❤️ Also, I am curious to see a before and after segment, maybe some pics before 2017 when you started your competition/lifting journey and the progress along the way if you have that and are willing to share? At what point did you make the commitment to compete and how long it took you before you were competition ready? What inspired you to do so?

    Hey Natalie I love your Video and I love that you do Vlogmas:)
    I just have a question. I am a Fitness Instructor and train about 3-4 hours a day for 5 -6 day a week (around 17 h a week) I do a lot of strength endurance with barbell and kettlebells and plyometrics and cardio in my classes but I also habe 3 heavy total body lifting sessions per week which are around 2 h long each and I make sure that I have a volume of 15 sets per muscle group per week.
    I currently trying to Cut but I am pretty insecure on how I should set my macros. I eat around 2400 calories right now which seems really really high I guess but whenever I go lower than 2200 cal I wake up at night starving and cannot fall asleep because I am so hungry and I don't find that the number on the scale is changing significantly. My boyfriend said he thinks I am properly undereating and might hit a plateau. So yeah I don't know if I should go lower with my calories (according to my Fitbit I burn around 2900 calories on average per day) or if I should incooperate refeed on a weekly basis.
    Sorry for the long message but I just don't really know what to do anymore...

      I'm not a coach, I don't feel comfortable telling you what you should be doing.
      I can speak from my own experience.
      Whenever I start a cut for a prep... I create a slight deficit. I slowly decrease and adjust over time. It's hard, it's a long process, and I always get hungry. The body adapts and my coach and I constantly adjust. Having a good coach and that second pair of eyes really helps.

    Maybe youve talked about this so I’m sorry if you’re repeating yourself but did you ever lose your period from prep? Do you have it now? I’m going on 2+ years without mine and I’m trying so hard to get it back

      Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that. I lost it this year for 3 moths during prep (I was really lean). I got it back pretty quickly about 6 weeks after I finished my season, during that time I gained about 10-12 pounds over stage weight and food was high. Everyone is so different, but is definitely not normal to lose it for that long. I recommend going to a gynecologist or a Dr. and diving deeper to see if something else is going on.

    Every time I see American bikini girls showing their food, I am absolutely shocked how much waste they can produce. Small snacks individually wrapped? Chocolate pieces individually wrapped in another video. Yeah, why not, ocean, air and third world countries can take it. Greetings from Europe.
