Goodra is still a pseudo legendary. So basically as much an ex as a mythical based on base stat total in the mainline series. Also urshifu is a legendary as well.

Yeah apparently they won't be ex's. I think it's because it only works in legendaries and not Mythicals and ultra beasts

Alot actually. If lugia ever come. It is defintely a defender.. according to its stats in main game at least. Likewise many other legendary/mythical.. there are many with high defense stats

Giratina, Groudon, Lugia, Shaymin can swap between defender and all rounder, Cresselia, Latias, Diance, Deoxys, Kyogre, and arguments can be made for alot more, too. All the mythicals that have 100 in every stat can be anything, crazy enough mew is normally bulky support in main competitive (at least when i played). Mew was RARELY an attacker.

Urshifu is a bit of a stretch. Sure, it’s good (maybe even OP), but I don’t think it deserves an EX title. It’s not really on the level of Legendary ‘Mons, like Mew, Mewtwo Y & X, Zacian, etc.
