I just don’t even get why people still side with her. Olivia must’ve been her golden child, never screamed or yelled at to not want to support her fellow gymnasts. This woman and her side kick coach make me feel physically sick. Parents still paying her to coach their children clearly care more about their kid being worked too hard and training with “the best”🤢 than they do about their own children’s mental health and well being

I wonder how this is even legal in terms of insurance. Doesn’t the gym’s insurance know that she has been banned?
This is a really good point. I hadn't thought about it. What insurance company would insure a gym like this? The cost must be astronomical.

I thought she could still coach privately. But, she just cannot attend USAG events. Although, I don’t know why any parent would let her near their child.
Hope she goes to jail... She deserves to be in jail.

Yes, but given that she is a child, we can’t fault her for it. She is influenced by her mother, who is influenced by her goals for her children.
You're right. I just feel sorry for Riley and the other girls that came forward, that they have to deal with victim shaming, that parents of mg elite are still protecting Haney. What a shame !
@@mileyfan123able Yeah... pretty sure Olivia has committed to Florida too, so she and Riley will be on the same team in NCAA. I definitely don't envy Riley.
@@usagtea8072 Children often don’t even realize they were routinely abused until years later! Let us not try to bring her down. Speaking from personal experience.

Technically it sounds like she’s working thru a loophole. But like you I wonder what her plan is for competitions. And the parents - just no excuse for keeping your daughter there. Aside from all the other stuff, the situation with the gymnast and the head injury would be enough for me.
I was under the impression that she just couldn't coach athletes who plan to compete at USAG events. That's the only place where they have authority. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if she is coaching young children at this time. Absolutely ridiculous. I very well could be wrong about that because it's just what I assumed.
She can’t. You’re right. The parents of the girls she’s coaching aren’t doing their kids any favors. They can’t compete at USAG meets and most importantly they can’t make the national team.
The good news is that some girls left! But some are still there.

I hadn’t realized I grouped them together. Zoe dropped down. I don’t know if Ariel did or not, as she hasn’t competed. Thanks for pointing that out! 🙏

Yes, once they register with a USAG gym.

Yes, they were and now aren’t (or aren’t supposed to be while training under Haney).
