With all due respect to all those that are dealing with clinical disorders, which I know exist and should be treated; I think that, in general, the lie told to us that we should be happy all the time can have an adverse effect on some people. The nature of us and this world makes that impossible, sometimes we will be up and sometimes down... the safe place in between is contentment. If you can achieve that, the happy and sad will take care of itself. The old adage that "crying endureth through the night but joy cometh in the morning" does apply here. Whatever you're dealing with, if it's good or bad it will only last for a "time"; but... if you seek emotional content in all things I think you will make it through this thing we call "Life". Having said all of that, it's a blessing to have friends and family around you that love you, and more importantly, that special someone who has decided to stand with you no matter what is thee reason to hang on persevere. God Bless, I love your videos!
