I am a Spurs fan who started following Joe after we signed Archie Gray. Great channel, great club (Leeds) but 2 points of note. We have a 40% sell on clause for Jack Clarke, which will probably affect his price (drive it up). Also, Yago Santiago, who was on Lockys long list has just been sold to Elche.
I agree that this style of video is very good. There's nothing wrong with the usual chat and update, but these have more structure, more info, and you can tell that there's a lot of work gone into it. Plus you are bringing in people who have a different skillset to you which is good. Also I like the way you have reached out to the other LUFC content creators and formed a bit of a community. Seems like you were the one who started that ball rolling so well done. Overall, I think we're not far off, if we replace Summerville - more on that below. I still fear that Gnonto and Wober might still go, and if they do we will need to replace them. Wober in particular worries me. I think he might bail, and even if he stays I'm not sure of his commitment. But in theory he could be vital, since he covers CB, LB and CDM. Regarding Summerville, I think we have enough cover wide - especially if we play a bit narrower. For me, Rutter goes to the right, with probably Gnonto left. Then you have James and Aaronson who can play there too. You also have Joffy, Piroe, Joseph and Bamford who can play in various of the front 4 roles. So up front we are ok - except ..... What I think we are crying out for is a proper 10. I'm really not sure who, but someone like say Hamer or Chair who can unlock a defence. I don't think we have that. Whilst Rutter was quite good in that role, he isn't really a conventional 10 and I think he'll be better in a wider role. So the question for me is whether any of the many players that you guys listed can play that 10 role. Or if not, is there a realistic option who could? Can't wait to see who we get. I hope we get a full back who can cover both sides (I always thought Maitland-Niles would be ok), a midfielder like that Ljubicic or Tanaka, and then that elusive no 10. If we do that then I think we will piss it - providing Farke can implement a system that gets the most out of the team.
