Does anyone know why you cannot see the TikTok Pixel when setting up the conversion ad? It says "You haven't created any pixels" in the drop-down menu. I have ensured that all the pixels are firing correctly (via TikTok pixel helper & the event manager - the data gets populated).
For the conversion tracking that doesn't have a dedicated URL thank you page. There is a setting in tag manager that I use. It's a trigger called form submission. That seems to work with Facebook and I think it'd work with tiktok too.
I’m not sure why but I have the tiktok pixel set up and Shopify records conversions from tiktok, but tiktok does not. My ads say no conversions but I got sales. Any reason why this is happening?

Since days im trying to figure out, how I can track the sales of DIFFERENT products with DIFFERENT prices. Is there a possibility to track with the same pixel different events with different values? I mean I sell more than one product in my store?
cant seem to track individual pages or button clicks like how u did it. my pixel is just not tracking it. it tracks all events, but not individual events.. tried setting up anotehr pixel, still not working
Really helpful video! Just a few questions - Do you need to create a pixel for EVERY event? You can't create multiple events for 1 pixel like on other platforms? - Can you track purchase revenue? - How can you create custom events? Is there event code that can be added to Tag Manager?
@@gurufrom212 trying to do this but very unclear on where to do it.. and then it seems the page never loads to edit/add an event... using firefox. Any thing I'm missing?
@@atlasjoey I'm the same as you. I've already set up a "page view" event but now want a conversion event and don't knkow how to add this event without creating an entirely new pixel... Would it be that bad to create a new one anyway?
In my business manager why the conversion not real thats not always like that but i dont now why the conversion is not real in dasboard versus counted on real costumer service chat, can u explain that ???
Thanks for the video! I also have a question if I made a Pixel and wanted to add more events I have to create another pixel? Do I need to paste that script on my webpage as well?
I have set it all up the same way you do in the video, but when I go into the ads manager and want to find the events I have set up in columns, they are not there. Hey! Very nice video! Just wondered, I have a landing page where I let my audience go to Spotify or Apple Music. The pixel is installed in my Tik Tok ads account and added to my landing page, the problem is when I go to my Tik Tok Ads account then Test Events, scan with or without the Tik Tok app, it fires a View Content straight away when I land on the page! So I didn’t click on Spotify or anything to view the content and this happened with another pixel I created. I never had problem with this using Meta ads but is this a common problem with Tik Tok? If so it’s risky to run conversion ads with the View Content event! Would be very thankful if you could answer. All the best from Sweden, Jonas
Hi Jonas, that's interesting. Without digging in further it's tough to know exactly what the setup issue is, but I agree that you likely shouldn't use that as the conversion goal! It might be best to reach out to TikTok support to find the issue, but in the meantime, you can set up button click events on the Spotify or Apple Music elements on the landing page with a new event, then utilize that as the conversion action instead. Sorry for not being able to be more specific, but hopefully support can help out! Good luck!
Sir do we need to create new Tiktok pixel everytime after analysis of the previous metrics or results to set an automated rules for the next iteration??
Great video! By any chance, do you know if there's a way to create a UTM tag on TikTok?
These guys are absolute rockstars! Thank you so much for posting relevant and concise content!!
Thanks for the kind words!

quality and straight forward again! thanks mate

Is there a way to set up a TT event using a trigger I have set up in GTM? Or do I only have element click options? Seems kinda limiting.

@@karladominguez5080 You probably need to set up a "bottom of funnel" ad with a "conversion" objective rather than "reach" or "traffic" objective.
what about if i made a mistake and delete the pixel ?now i dont find it
If you deleted the pixel, you'll have to create a new one.

Yes. Every new pixel you create will need to be added to the site.

@@TheStubertos You don't have to create an entirely new pixel. Not sure why they did that in the video. You can have multiple events on 1 pixel

To our knowledge, Teespring doesnt have a way to add custom HTML code. If there is a way hopefully another viewer can leave a comment.

What about if we want to schedule appointment on calendly, which event should I use? Is it complete registration?
Calendly integrations are always a pain. Honestly don’t know how to do this with TikTok. We’re still waiting for the GA4 integration.

I’d stick with the same pixel. Much easier to review historical info.
