This fixed my issue. Thank you! It was very difficult trying to ready the text. It wasn't necessarily blurry but wasn't clear and crisp like it used to be for some reason.

thank you it fixed but how to increase size of icons
The problem I have is with a specific app is with blurry text and I already change the DPI properties of the file app. And your suggestions but none of them fix it.

HARDWARE-ACCERELATION
Algunas aplicaciones unicamente se corrigen hasta deshabilitar la aceleración de hardware, esto se realiza en las configuraciones internas de cada programa/aplicación.
Lo descubrí despues de horas configurando mi pc jajaja
