Basic question but just to clarify: Is the sound heard when you exhale? How is the breath actually working in all these exercises. Is it general or specific? What exercises do you prefe for soccer goalkeeper?
These are great, probably would do a pull/push alternating thing so maybe: bench pull, bench push, pullups, handstand pushup, dumbbell pull, medicine ball push throw, one arm pullups, one arm pushups.
