Hey Coach, big fan here from Germany. I love the gym and designed my workout plans for several years by myself. I did great progress over this time. When I tried out the app I was a bit confused with how low the the Volume of those workouts is. I read a lot of literature about weight training and football. But when I look at everything I learned from your videos and your enormous experience over the years, I got insecure if I might use the wrong approach and overdo it. Typically my workouts last 60-90 minutes.
I've always looked for the right balance between strength training, aesthetics & athletic training. Found your channel earlier this year & you sir, provide GREAT content 🫡

For your and my reference :) Warmup: banded external + internal rotations superset w/ push-ups Exercise #1 (olympic lift): behind the neck jerk w/ progressive overload Exercise #2: SUPERSET - close grip bench + meadow swings Exercise #3: SUPERSET - incline dumbbell press + chin-ups Exercise #4: TRICEP FOCUS: telli extensions (basically a behind the head skull crusher to a close grip push press) Please watch the whole video for detailed info on the according sets and reps, why to do supersets and droplets, emphasis on the triceps and much more! I have been studying & researching dane’s principles of getting strong … he is doing something great but i am not getting strong ,,,, soon i will download the app & give it a try ,,, dane knows what he is doing … he is an excellent coach . Salute to dane …
Just signed up for the free trial of the fitness app. I'm a fan after the first session. Onboarding was simple. UI was easy to understand. I really enjoyed the ability to swap out movements. I have a home gym so I can add/remove based on my equip. Rest counter is a nice add as well. 👍🏾👍🏾
awesome workout good tempo volume and sports carryover! Is this considered the push day kind of? Or is the other upper body day a bit more pull-oriented?
As an athlete we don’t train ppl because you aren’t using all of your muscle groups together. There’s a video on this channel that talks about programming that I follow and it has worked tremendously for me.

I asked my bjj coach for fitness advice. He said do bjj and lift weights. If there cardio is better but you're stronger they will still tire out first because you expend less effort when your strong
