    How far out should an athlete start doing explosive workouts? Im in a big power phase as im not very strong but very twitchy. When should i go back to fast twitch stuff like this> (High Jumper 6'9" Pr)

      @@GarageStrength my 6 year old daughter smoked me but I surprised myself when was still capable of knee jump to the power position at 41 and 310 pounds.
      It was a nice divergance from squat, clean, snatch, jerk, push-press, mat
