Ingredient List-
Fresh Oysters
Heavy Cream
Sambuca
Fresh Spinach
Shallot
Garlic
Lemon
s&p
Sweat out the shallot and garlic. Add Sambuca(1/8)cup, add half cup heavy cream reduces to half.

Ok, now I want that for breakfast! Oh man, I know those were KILLER Tommy! I've used Absinthe in my rendition of Oysters Rockefeller which is fantastic but I'm gonna try the Sambuca the next time I make them. Excellent recipe and great video!
