Great to see your video after a long time. Glad that you mentioned the intricacy involved with SaaS subjects in the B2B space. The industry-specific terminology does, at times, lower the readability score and mostly there isn't a way around it. For instance, one wouldn't go for a synonym or perhaps a relatively straightforward elaboration of "test automation" every single time. But it does still make sense to keep a check on this Flesch reading ease analysis.
