True, there is too much latency when using 5g in Airtel, which has more than 400 Mbps on its realme x7 maximum, but the truth is, I was at the airport and only used 800 MB in 30 minutes, making only a few WhatsApp conversations.
You probably did a speed test, it is impossible to consume that much with whatsapp convo, i have Vi postpaid unlimited (699 plan) and speeds are around 80-100Mbps, still my usage stays under 3-5GB per day, unless I do a speed test, 1 full speed test at 100Mbps consume around 600MB so doing 10 of them in a bus and my daily usage spikes to 15-20GB

Jio has an app called "Net Velocity", it can do speed test without using data quota. Even you can test if you don't have data balance. Test results are accurate as well.
Speedtest consume a lot of data when you test the network with higher data speeds. It is quite obvious that for 100 mbps it will use ~+160 MB data and for 1000 mbps it will use ~+1.6 GB data.
Data consumption depends upon or directly proportional to what type of content and how long you are consuming that content. ex. suppose Gyan therapy uploaded 10min video. the person who is going to watch that video in 4k resolution will consume more data as compare to the person who is going to watch that video in 360p resolution. (Tip for limited or less 5G data consumer: Don't check net speed on speedtest or similar app or website😉)

I still can't understand people saying that "it's gonna consume more data". How does it make sense tho? You are watching the same content on both networks.. ofc if u r just gonna do speed test always then yes, your data will be gone within seconds but for consuming content how will it consume more? Even 4G videos or pic or anything they don't buffer, I'm just gonna click the video and watch whatever the quality will be. I can't understand the logic behind that saying

I use NetPlus WiFi. I must say it's very better in user experience and speed. With the 5g port it touches 130 mbs and 80 mbs resp at day time. I love the speed too. I am happy with that

Phone companies should integrate some feature though software to limit the 5g speeds according to consumer's usage to save overall data more...
@@manjindersinghsaini911 You just assume that I've actually tried it, but I only told you what I've observed, hahaha, bro. Vodafone is still using 3G, even though I was referring to 5G. I'm talking about the 5g and how it just finishes in some time compared to your Vi, which is still stuck in the 3G/4G era, and I don't believe that you're getting 80mbps on prepaid because that's not possible at night and throughout the day you won't even get such high speed. WhatsApp call, not conversation, lol ps correction WhatsApp call and some browsing, that's it.
@@haroonpaul1997 bruv... 4G B3 at 15Mhz theoretical max is 150Mbps.. it really does break 100s easily. I don't know where you live but 3G isn't up anymore at my place, only 4G on B41, B3 and B1 out of which B3 works best in my village. Even at the busiest of times at 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM, it never drops below 40Mbps. And name one thing that wouldn't work on 40Mbps connection.. just 1 thing that actually needs a 5G 1gig connection to work properly.. My village is in kotkapura region in Punjab circle, Barely anyone uses Vi cuz of expensive plans

Ye alag se point mention nahi hai video me isiliye maine kal hi Pin comment, Video description aur agar koi Subtitle on karega to use 5:30 time ke aaspaas video me mention mil jayega 🙂

The catch is that one needs to optimize the video playback settings in the video sharing apps and set the quality of the video to the amount that they consider is feasible to them.

also jio is leading in speeds more becuz nobody is using jio 5g much its like a empty while airtel is crowd to much but i feel in in sometime they will get a 5g plan like wifi like 100rps for 100mbps and 200 for 200mbps unlimited gb or they will just give u 30k GB and after that pay extra becuz there is no option in 5g fo daily limit data it will become useless then if they put daily limit data
Now data saver option in phone will make more sense in this much high speed.
Ye kuch aise hoga ki aap background me jo upload aur download data transfer hoga wo fast hoga
Baaki same video same quality par dekhoge to utna hi data lagega

Power of Gyan Therapy !!
The difference ratio in mobile data 4g vs 5g is
1:10 times
4g was providing around 50mbps
Now 5g will give 500mbps
So if you make 2gb/day
to 10 times
You need 20gb/day.
But some 5g give 20 times,
For that you need 40gb/day.
Mere phone me 1.15 gbps ki speed mili hai maximum i have screenshot too. Tower ke paas bohot fast h but agr signals km ho to speed slow rehta h. 5g's speed is not consistent. though my operator is jio and phone is oneplus nord 2020
