I tried many ways to open my pc where it showing internet connection is not connected ,meanwhile pc net is unable to showing the networks available am stucked here .even tried troubleshooting thing its also not working i mean its not popping on screen .kindly help me out

Hello @matiaraya2144 yes, its little tricky, if you are signed-in with Microsoft account Windows doesn’t allow to remove or change the password completely because the authentication is integrated with Microsoft online servers. If you forgot the password you can still click on forgot password and then follow steps to change password, you need to konw Microsoft account login Credential.
