Hello @togdev2188 Yeah, I know this phenomenon, after 2 or 3 restart cycles it would go away, but if you can try to restart once in the “SAFE MODE” and then simple restart would correct this, as Windows keeps the latest successful startup file. anyways thanks for sharing! cheers

Hi @user-bd3rg6nm6m, your fingerprint is not working, its not a surprise, technology can fail you at any time and when we have 100s log-in combinations its normal to get mixed up or forget your password, BUT there is always a way to get into your windows, every scenario there is a solution, I don't know how well you can follow my instruction if you think you want to give it a shoot then follow the steps below, >> you already know how to get to Troubleshoot >> Advance options >> from there >> select "Command Prompt" >> on that blinking cursor type C: (hit enter after every new command, don't add extra or less space) >> cd Windows >> cd ServiceProfiles >> cd LocalService >> cd AppData >> cd Local >> cd Microsoft >> ren NGC NGC1 >> exit exit to windows and restart your system again hopefully it should ask you to change your PIN, if yes add new PIN, I think your problem should have been solved, keep me posted, cheers

I started scrolling from bottom up, actually when you type a command often list is very long and blink cursor or your command prompt goes at end of the list, so to find your driver you need to scroll up.

Hello @size5chip theoretically, it restores to the original Drive C and the partitions which gets tagged with it when you had taken the recovery image, it includes all the data in your default folders (if you have not moved your folders to any other physical drive), any folders and data on you drive C: all the software, tools all your settings and customization you have made prior to taking that recovery image will be restored. I personally have two physical drives and I never remove my data drive while I restore but I don’t know your system setup so if you wanted play safe, every time you think you need to restore just disconnect the data drive to have a peace of mind. Hello @Abhishek_bro94 if drive D is hidden, its not a big trouble but if you say that drive C is also missing then it may be that the C drive is hidden or there is an abnormality in the virus or disk partition table on your system. You need to detect and repair the disk. I need to know if you can enter the system desktop and the system is running normally, because if you are unable to enter the system then there are different approaches to address this problem. So please give me some more details so I could suggest you the relevant solution!

@@Abhishek_bro94 Don't worry, it will take few tries but your pc will work, its not easy to analyze and provide prompt solutions but we will work it out, if your hard disk not crashed there are a lot options to it get to work. For instance, you can create windows recovery media from any other pc and work it out, and remember when you are booting pc in “Advanced Option” and/or “Trouble Shoot” its possible your system changed original drive letters, so try drive letters E F X etc... and if you find your Windows Directory, there you are! (If you need to create “Recovery USB Drive” I have placed a link in this videos description). But first I suggest you to try another video, the video title is " How to Reset Forgotten Windows 11 Password". Link is in this video’s description, please check it out and keep me posted.

@@Abhishek_bro94 It looks like you have NVMe M.2 ssd, if yes, older motherboard has some driver’s issue with NVMe SSDs these do not appear within the BIOS until Windows creates the system partition with the EFI Boot Sector. If you have any spare M.2 slot in your system, move your ssd in that slot and try starting up with windows 10 bootable usb as it has its own NVME driver built in. Hopefully it should work, if not there is a lengthy procedure to make some changings to your BIOS, I don’t know how I can guide you there. In case you want to go an extra mile, go and reset bios to factory defaults by removing the motherboard battery or using jumper method, (DO IT ONLY IF YOU ARE SURE ABOUT IT)

Hello @pawarjigaming2.0 Sorry, I didn't quite understand where are you trying enring your email password, your email password will not work here, if you are trying to sign-in to Microsoft account, you need email address as user login(name) and a password you set for Microsoft account. Find correct password for Microsoft account, if forgotten, go to Microsoft login page in your browser and reset, BUT make sure you have the access to the email you have registered your account with otherwise you will not be able to get the verification email or code! @@FXVIXZY OKKKEY, so according to that comment, you supposed to rename directory “NGC” which will not have any effect on command prompt, Now, you try to recall if you followed my another video where I showed how to rename utilman.exe and cmd.exe, if you have followed that video, then its possible that you have CONVERTED the files but not REVERTED, if this is the case let me know and I will walk you through to rename it back to the correct file names. For the time being if you need to access the command prompt you can use the “PowerShell” this is better version or substitute for command prompt. And to do so; go to the search bar next to the start button >> type “PowerShell” and Windows PowerShell app will appear on the top, just click open the app, it does everything and more.. keep me posted!

@@FXVIXZY That sounds right, now you need to find what new name you have assigned to cmd.exe, if you remember, then good, if NOT then you need to look for it, to do that >> open “Windows explorer” click on C drive, then go to “windows” folder >> then find folder named “system32” there is a search box in the top right corner of this window, search for “cmd.” , you will get a lot of files here try to look for the file you given a name , (if you followed my video, I use “cmd.exemax” to rename this file) if found the renamed file, then it ok, if not, take a screenshot of that folder and upload some somewhere so I can see it, as you conclude the correct file name I will let you how to rename it back to the correct name, cheers

Hello @matiaraya2144 yes, its little tricky, if you are signed-in with Microsoft account Windows doesn’t allow to remove or change the password completely because the authentication is integrated with Microsoft online servers. If you forgot the password you can still click on forgot password and then follow steps to change password, you need to konw Microsoft account login Credential. In this video's description, I have a link to my another video with title; How to fix "This sign-in option is disabled" in that video you can see the steps about how you can change your password with Microsoft Account. best of luck
