Hello @no2war274 I glad it worked for you, Thank you so much for watching and commenting
how to delete standart english keyboard layout if it doesn't have in the list and also powershell doesn't show it?
Hello @rocknroll6760 if you don't see it in PowerShell, try reinstalling it and then follow the steps below, hopefully your problem will be solved.
launch the Windows PowerShell and Run as administrator
on the cmd line type: Get-WinUserLanguageList
Languages list should be displayed
Note the LanguageTag (exp. en-GB) for the layout you want to remove
Now run these following four commands one at a time;
$LangList = Get-WinUserLanguageList
$MarkedLang = $LangList | where LanguageTag -eq PUT-LanguageTag-HERE
$LangList.Remove($MarkedLang)
Set-WinUserLanguageList $LangList -Force
restart your system for the changes to come into effect.
I hope you trouble is gone, thank you so much for watching and commenting
@@RightSolutions thank you so much sir it helped to me, subscribed and puted like to your video
PowerShell:
1- Get-WinUserLanguageList
2- Set-WinUserLanguageList
Hello @MZ-kd5ck Thank you so much for watching and commenting
My issue is i only have one language, even in the powershell, in the keyboard layout settings i also have only the one i added, i deleted the others, but in the quickmenu in the hotbar, there's 3, and it keeps changing it randomly. I can't find anywhere online for this solution and it's so annoying :( back on windows 10 i didn't have this issue
Same was happening to me, but I ran the command for only en-US using the 2nd solution shown here and after restart the other languages disappeared from the taskbar, only ENG was left.
Hello @KwehShiro Language switches every time you press "Start button" & "Space bar" on the Keyboard, so its may be not random. Now about your issue,
if you don't see language in the PowerShell, try reinstalling the same language which shows in the taskbar (and you want to remove it) and then follow the steps below, hopefully your problem will be solved.
launch the Windows PowerShell and Run as administrator
on the cmd line type: Get-WinUserLanguageList
Languages list should be displayed
Note the LanguageTag (exp. en-GB) for the layout you want to remove
Now run these following four commands one at a time ;
$LangList = Get-WinUserLanguageList
$MarkedLang = $LangList | where LanguageTag -eq PUT-LanguageTag-HERE
$LangList.Remove($MarkedLang)
Set-WinUserLanguageList $LangList -Force
restart your system for the changes to come into effect.
I hope you trouble is gone, thank you so much for watching and commenting

@@RightSolutions those steps helped me to get rid of the language right after doing them, however it's back again after restarting
@@hrp127 Generally, it works most of the time but in Windows expect the unexpected. Please provide some more information about what specific language is troubling you and what is your operating system, if there are more then one user’s account on this system.
