Thanks! Brought back so many memories Sigis! I was stationed in Wiesbaden in early 1960’s USAF at Lindsey Air Station. One of your best videos. Germany is beautiful!
@@mjordan812 Yea, APO633 is a distant memory. My wife and I visited the area in early 2000’s and so much had changed. Looked at Lindsey on Google Earth, what a difference!😱
Back in the 1970s, my wife and I took a boat trip down the Rhine, covering some of the area shown here. I see some sights which are familiar. Thank you for screening!
Driving along the Rhine River I will enjoy watching the wonderful drive video I support you to be filled with only healthy and happy things. Thank you thank you 💕💕💕
Love, love, love this road trip! Just a relaxing drive with beautiful scenery, lots of diverse landscapes. As the granddaughter of proud German immigrants to the US in the late 1800's, I thank you for the visit to my roots. From Nashville, Tennessee!
Very nice ride with beautiful scenery along the river Rhine 💖💖💖💖 I was in Germany nine years ago today; I stayed in a hotel in Kamp-Bornhofen and visited Koblenz 💖💖💖💖
You perfectly present the places, I observed every detail and I thought it was great, congratulations! Thanks for the great sharing. Greetings from Brazil BR

I visited Germany nine years ago for a few days as a school trip, and stayed at the Rheinhotel Wagner in Kamp-Bornhofen, and I can agree its a beautiful part of Germany with nice scenery💖💖 We also visited Koblenz for a day which was also really nice💖💖
Before Covid I used tot travel to Italy for my holidays not using any Autobahn tracks. I travelled from the Netherlands to Italy through the Eifel area, always along this part of the Rhine vallye, through the Rheinhessen wine area and the Schwarzwald area, Romantische Strasse and the Alps in Switzerland or Austria. It usually takes 4 days, but so relaxing and enjoyable. Hotels and campings can be found anyshere and usually are of good quality.
Well, I must say that - although - you got lost a few times - and almost got lost permanently - it was a very pleasant and totally enjoyable drive - I, would have stopped in the forest - catch a wild boar and have picnic - anyway well done - because I know Koblens - I know Wiesbaden - but this was a totally new experience - so Danke Danke Danke,,,
Very beautiful drive, did a similar one some years ago, stopping at Loreley, in Bacharach and Eltville. I see that you left the valley to drive to the inland for the last part, making it even more varied. Beautiful share as always, thanks a lot for the video, greetings from a fellow roadtripper and creator from Germany!
👍🚶Good job 👌🖐️ Beautiful Wow nice view, I like to see new places ✌ Great movie 👍 Bravo 👋 And I have a new movie from a walk around the city 😊 Regards, DJ Janusz from Warsaw Poland ✌ 🇵🇱✋
9 Minutes till we see the Rhine river for the first time even though you only parked a few meters away :D The river next to your parking area is the Moselle river that enters the Rhine at the german corner (~100m away) that you probably visited. From the parking area you could've turned left, drive through the historic city, take the Pfaffendorfer bridge and actually drive along the Rhine river on the B42 instead of taking the city traffic but every navigation system will probably tell you to take the route you took because it's 1 or 2 minutes faster. Also pretty funny to see is that before the roundabout you got in the wrong lane because this traffic routing is so weird. The first time I did it wrong aswell.
Gostei muito amigo 👋👋, uma beleza de passeio !! Parabéns pelo vídeo, que ficou maravilhoso, visto na integra, bom demais que cidade linda.. André do Rio de Janeiro, like sempre 👍👍
I really enjoyed your video! 👍 I live a few kilometres downstream from Koblenz on the B42 but seldomly get to see the upper half of the Rhine valley. The whole river valley is a very pretty area 🙂 Although I must admit that sometimes as a commuter it can be a little bit exhausting, being stuck behind a tourist driving at the according pace to fully take all that beauty in while you simply have to get somewhere in time 😄
I life in Lahnstein very next to Koblenz on the other Rhein side, where the river Lahn comes in the Rhein, its very nice to be there at home,we have many hills and nice roads with many curves for biker its a litle paradis, whe you from Koblenz drive to the Westerwald so 50 kilometer the street go more and more up to 570 Meter over Ozean high, than you have in Winter time some snow, and one lift for Ski and snow driver, Altenkirchen/Höhner are the Name of lift Station. From Koblenz to the world dangeres long race track that all Motorsport Fans around the world need a drive around them, the Nürburgring are around 55km.from Koblenz City to the Ring! I love my home here very next to much big forest, some big citys around 20-50km.and when you need it still, you can drive up to the wine hills and have a big look around the rivers Rhein,Mosel and Lahn, you can see all toghter from the hils around Koblenz.I wish you have a very good time in Germany and you have contact with the german people !?
