    20 saal pehle plot allot hua Tha abhi tak koi facilities nahi ye sab babble dealers or financiers ka hai or kuch nahi ye to foitna he Tha.End user ko yehan koi fayda nahi hai inverter door Rahe.

    ये तो होना ही था, उछाल स्वाभाविक नहीं था। चुनाव के कारण बाजार में धकेले गए काले धन और डीलर गेम का टेम्प्रेरी खेला था। रेट अभी और भी नीचे जायेगी और जब माकेर्ट फोर्सेज यानी डिमांड और सप्लाई बैलेंस हो जायेगी तो उछाल स्वत: बंद हो जायेगी। अंदाजन यह रेट 1.50-1.60 cr होगी।

    Aapki baat sahi h...humme bhi plot lena h aur humne kal rate pata kiya tha to ek deal humme sector 18 mein 2cr mein mil rahi thi..usme kuch kam bhi ho jata lakh 2 lakh...aur 2 deal 2.03, 2.05 ek deal 2.06 cr mein bhi thi...but hum is video ke baad one month ka wait karenge...aap aage bhi rate kam ka video banayen

    In India. Property, Automobil is a big scam. Major culprits is Banks then authority and Insurance companies. 50 percent value is always overvalued. Govt policies are changeing. 12.5 percent Tax and that too Without Indexation will Trap sellers. Also 1 percent tds on 50 lakh property is big big trap for sellers. Soon After 3 years I.T notice will be issued, if no taxes paid and then govt will make big money. Only buy property if you want to live. Adv Malay Pande.

      Sir aapki baat sahi hai lakin sector 18 aur 20 mein dono mein plot 2cr mein available hain... Aur kuch acchi location ke plots bhi available hain.. Kal ek plot ki baat hamare samne hui party meeting mein aur 1.90 cr mein deal hui aur acchi location thi... To jaruri nhi ki acche plots nhi hain... Sab milta hai agar try kiya jaye to... Sabko pata hai ki market mein rate kaun bada raha hai... 2cr ki cheej kisi se lakar 2 months ka time lakar 2.4 cr mein bech rahe ho... Ise market badna nhi kahte.. Ise kalabazari kaho to jyada accha hai... Log dealers ke bharose hi deal lete hain aur dealers financers ke...

    Jo mkt price 1 saal pehle 300 meter ka 1 cr ke aaspass tha wo financer ne bada ker 2 cr tak ker diya ,mkt crash tou hogi he ,koi development nahi hai or 5 se 7 saal tak hold bhi rakhna padega,aaspass bhi abhi koi development nahi hai jyada se jyada 1.20 cr tak hona chahiye

      Tum jaise Financers ne hi paper par market utha rakha h.
      10 lakh main jameen par baiyana dete ho and baiyane par hi rate badwa kar bechte ho.
      Rate development ke sath badhne chahiye naaki iyse Pump and Dump scheme se.
      Isme Financers toh kama lete h but jab Market girta h toh End customer fass jata h.

    नई प्लाट की स्कीम आयी हुई है इसलिए market तब तक होल्ड है जिसे भी लेना हो वो अभी ले सकता है airport का inogration होते ही यही market हाथ नहीं आएगा जहा से world wide flyites चलेंगी वो एरिया कितने दिनों तक खाली रहेगा आप खुद समझदार है इतने बड़े airport के पास शहर जरूर बसेंगे और शहर धरती पर ही बस्ते है उस टाइम जो govt. Authrise प्लॉट्स airport के नज़दीक ढूंढेंगे उस टाइम रेट लाख रुपए मीटर cross कर जाएंगे फिर समझ आएगा जब मार्किट रुकी थी उस टाइम भी ले लिया होता तो आज के टाइम से 30-40% का return आ गया होता, बाकि इन्वेस्टर समझदार है, जिन्हे समझ नहीं आया उन्हें एक साल बाद समझ आएगा तब तक रेल निकल जायेगी। 😇😇😭😭
