Simply ask for: W211 inner door handle, door opener. Nr depends on the producer but shoud start with W211.

Philips screwdriver, or so called star screwdriver, and I think you need a midsize cross screwdriver too. Dont know the size but get e multi size pack of philips sd and you'll be ok.
