- Got yourself some headphones but need a mic for chatting to your friends? Not a fan of gaming headsets? Don't want a standalone microphone? How about a wireless mic that you can attach to (nearly) any headphones to create your own gaming headset.
ModMic Wireless is a crazy (if expensive) mic that you can easily attach to headphones for great sound. In this video I'm attaching it to the Beyerdynamic DT700 Pro X headphones ( • Beyerdynamic DT700 Pro... ) and the HyperX Cloud Alphas (which I will be reviewing soon).

I also have the DT 700 Pro X, and it's exactly why I'm looking into this microphone.. I just wish they weren't so damn expensive
Glad to see someone cover this one in 2022 !
Thanks for watching as always
Been using one of these mics for a long time now, first on the dt990 and now the dt900 pro, really good mic. Battery is still fine after fairly heavy use for 2-3 years
Nice
Great to hear! :)
How do you switch between the two?
How about open-pack headphones?
Hey man I have a question with my g435 headset. My headset is hearing foot steps the opposite way around, for eg when ever a enemy is in-front of me I hear them behind me. Any fixes
Have you got it on the wrong way round? I've not heard of this being a problem.
Either head set on wrong way or wired wrong way round
What solution for Xbox?
$140? Is there a cheaper wired solution ?
There is a wired one yes
