The way you described how you felt about "To. You" is the whole reason why Dreamcatcher are my ults. It doesn't matter what genre they tackle I love it. Even if it's stuff I wouldn't normally like, I love it.
The Korean in the beginning means "Stay forever my Demian". The book Demian by German author Hermann Hesse is about Emil Sinclair, who is a young boy raised in a middle class home, amidst what is described as a "Scheinwelt" (a play on words meaning "world of light" as well as "world of illusion"), so the entire existence can be summarised as a struggle between two worlds: the show world of illusion and the real world, the world of spiritual truth. Accompanied and prompted by his mysterious classmate and friend "Max Demian", he detaches from and revolts against the superficial ideals of the world of appearances and eventually awakens into a realization of self. It is about the duality of the world, and Dreamcatcher know quite a bit about duality. 😉 I believe that is also why they cover half of their face in the choreo. The choreo was done by SuA, and she did a brilliant job! Musically I really enjoy Demian, it has some elements of ProgRock in it, which is one of my beloved genres of music.
I assume you know SuA choreographed for "DEMIAN" from other comments, but in case you didn't or forgot...yeah, SuA choreographed this, and directed the video. I was really happy to catch this so soon after it dropped, even if it was only half the album listen... I hope you enjoyed the rest of it.
I think Dreamcatcher eps tend to be on the shorter side for the same reason that each song is so damn good, and that's because they spend that extra time to ensure the quality of each song. So I can forgive shorter albums because I know I'm going to love every song. ^_^

B-sides? There's no such things as b-sides for DC! 😂. Even tho at first I wasn't feeling this whole album but it grew on me. But usually they albums chef's kiss first listen.
I think 'To You' is actually directed at their past selves. The present version of the ladies are singing to themselves when they were younger, just starting out as DC. Just my opinion, though.
