Surreal. I never in a billion years thought that my life would leave playing on a sidewalk or that I could even be on this stage. Thank you everyone at home for watching. You all are the reason we even have careers and can share our art in the first place. My favorite part was meeting the audience outside the auditorium and I wish I could’ve spent more time with them! I am going to start uploading on here weekly so that yall have nice performances to look forward to. It is funny to me that when Lindsey sterling first went on America' Got Talent they said she should either play the violin or dance, and not both. Now it's a very popular combination following her success as a RUclips sensation despite the AGT judges' predictions and skepticism.
Seriously! He wasn’t dancing, he was moving his body. Your expectation of AGT talent would literally have millions of people (USA) moving on to the next level.
For real! Violin isn’t easy to play while moving at all. Meanwhile I try to dance and look like I’m having a seizure. His talent is out of this world 😍
He is definitely very amateurish... His tone, technique, phrasing is absolutely awful! No real discipline involved... No real creativity involved with his interpretation of song. There are literally thousands of high-schoolers that work and play so much better than him. Very little talent. Generally the majority of "violinists" that come on this sort of mainstream television show with a violin can't play the violin. Dancing is horrendous. Let alone doing that while having a cheap fiddle and bow in hand.

It was not only a really great track and performance, but his stage presence was impeccable; you could tell how much this meant to him as he put everything he had into that performance! Insane! His personality is off the charts as well!

He got through the audition with a second change but he got eliminated in the next round most times they don’t make the live shows been a few of them this season and other season’s after the auditions

Every time Simon asks a person to stop during their performance and come back with a different track or song they nail it all time.

OMG I remember listening to one of his streams on reddit and he was great, and we suggested he try out for the show. That was 2 years ago, and he actually did try out last year but didn't make it past the first audition. I'm so glad he came back!

I love him everything about him. His facial expression’s are everything and his stage presence is magical. He’s not afraid to be himself. I want to see what he brings to the competition. I love seeing people play instruments it’s not that common.

So proud of him!!! That's one of the strongest auditions I've ever seen period. He got a lot of toxicity on reddit and tiktok and twitch streams, people would come in and say "your dancing/playing is bad" and also just phobic language, feel sad for those people who can't enjoy someone having a good time!

Can I check from your side at 03:23 if this sustained note is possible with that movement of the bow? I'm not a Violinist, but I always thought an uninterrupted, sustained note was create by a really long slow drag across the strings.

I've heard of other talented violinists, but to do that _and_ to have the stage presence he does? Now _that's_ talent. That is particularly true with his fast spins, because not only does he have to compensate for the inertia when playing, he may also get a bit dizzy and/or disoriented.

His is absolutely hilarious. Idk what he will become a star doing, but it will be something because he has so much star power. That personality is incredible. He has the goods and there for me, Is not denying he will make it to where he wants to be. It is just a question of when and who will give him the opportunity he deserves. Again, this kid really could be a comedian. “I see the audience as roots and I just suck it up, mmmm.” “My ring size is a 7, “what areeeee weee.” And those are just a few zingers that had me cackling!

Alex had certainly fed-off of the spectators’ / judges’ energy; he eased straight into the performance when he felt the vibe(s) change. Additionally, as a street performer, as well as a performer with a Social Media presence, he does have to truly ‘BRING-IT’ with the interaction, and the over-the-top seeming expression, which well-suits his “act(s).” I find Alex to be genuinely-entertaining. Go, Mr. Rivers!
EDIT: For those commenting regarding TwoSet Violin reacting to Alex, I’ve never thoroughly-understood, genuinely, why people who believe such a concept to be so incredibly, “sacrilegious,” would even waste their time indulging in it…? I mean, ‘to each their own,’ as they say, I suppose. I’ve performed with various symphonic orchestras, myself; Comparative Analys(e)s can be helpful (e.g., with different musical genres, for instance- Etc.). Everyone could afford to learn / ‘evolve’ themselves, with some constructive criticism, as well. 💯
