Als het goed is is het leven een vrijplaats waar je mag spelen. Helaas is dat niet voor een ieder op deze aardbol. Maar Wende speelt en hoe? Puur en vanuit het hart. Chapeau Wende. En dat je moeder je op piano begeleidde was ontroerend. Ik heb weer genoten. Dank ook aan de pianist, gasten en iedereen die erbij betrokken was om er een geweldige vrijplaats van te maken.
Ik xag je live met dit nummer, krachtig, pompend en dan naar heeel klein, de zaal, onze Effenaar, we hingen aan je lippen. En wat is dit of weer een fijne versie, je wil dat deze boodschap bij zoveel mensen aankomt. Het is goed genoeg!
Wende has many songs in other languages, loads in French, even Zuid Afrikaans and yes, many in English. Roses in June, Sycamore Tree. No9 is a beautiful album

I've heard her album for the first time about 5 years ago and I've only heard No.9 album and I really enjoyed it so much. the 9th track "Hey" also "NY Is Passing By" "The Bakery" and of course the whole album. It really caught me of gaurd, it was very touching experience, too many fond memories with that album. U know what's the most intresting thing to me though, that unfortunately her youtube channel is only have 10K subs and I guess it was less 5 years ago, the thing that i'm trying to say is that I feel so luky and kinda special to get to hear her beautiful and timeless music from many miles away in Iran and I wish her the best and hope that someday I'll be able to attend to one of her shows and thousands or even millions of people from all around the world get to experience her music.☘🌼 @ewoutbuhler5217 Thanks for the additional info. appreciate it my friend.

She's a real "artist" artist, meaning that she's highly regarded among musical artists, but it's under estimated among the general public. She does not care, neither do I. The small but loyal fanbase makes visiting concerts so special, so intimate. The last concert where she played also this so, she was like 3 meters away from where I was standing, people were at her lips. Just by lowering her magical singing voice the crowd got silent like a mouse, a moment later the venue exploded in beats, just with a flick of her finger. Great to share this awesome artwork with you.
Hoop nog steeds op een dvd/blueray van de optredens van afgelopen jaar. Het is zonde dat zo'n belevenis niet voor eeuwig bewaard en teruggekeken kan worden. Please Wende ;-)
