I wish I could say the same. I was raised by narcs and became borderline personality. But I'm not promiscuous, I'm what they would call a "quiet borderline". Raised middle class narcs, but was never allowed to have a voice. I rage at myself. But us borderlines, we got that paranoia going on. So when I'm around someone whose lying to me all the time, I'll dissociate and that's when the narc sees what a crazy woman really looks like. But us bpd make u the center of our world, we love everything's about you, put you on a pedestal, used to narc abuse so we take alot because we hate ourselves anyway.... So the narc loves all that. Now looking back I realised that the Narcissist I was with, his family was well aware that he was gonna discard me. Because the last person I met was his aunt about a month and a half ago and the last thing she said to me was....I don't know if it'll last or not. But, it was nice meeting you. And she also told me that he's brought a lot of girls home, but never told me about you. His family however knew about me ....we planned on marrying and his family spoke to mine, so they were well aware how serious I was. I was asked by them to get him to quit drinking....as he drinks beyond limits. I'm slowly putting all the pieces together. It's hurting me as I trusted him so much. I just want karma to intervene.

My... situationship... started about 11 years ago. It was just a “friends with benefits” thing... he was a barber... the sexiest man I had ever seen... I wanted him for years secretly so when the opportunity presented itself in any way I was more than open... I fell so hard for him... while he kept throwing in my face that we weren’t together and he was “just keeping things like we said”... he knew I worshiped him... he ended up having 2 kids cuz even tho we were together every day and every night he somehow found time to get a whole relationship... I hadn’t spoken to him at all for about 3 years. It crushes me when he cut off all contact and moved in with the woman he had kids with... I obsessed over how they must live and how happy she must be... how he must love her. I tried to move on and eventually did stop thinking about him... it took a long time... I only dated someone briefly for 4 months about a year after he left... the rest of that 3 years I was alone. I believed with everything in me he was my one and I would never find chemistry like we had... he liked a picture of mine on social media this past March. Just a like... we aren’t friends on any social media cuz I went insane when he left me... all the games he was playing that first 6 years... it was a lotttt... so... I message him. And we were together every day... he had moved out. Wanted to show me his place... it is right down the street from where he knew I live. I fell right back. Felt that if the universe brought him back to me it must be meant to be rightttttt... I had done nothing but work out... but wasn’t like completely fit... but working on it daily and trying to work on mental... going thru so much with my kids... I was lonely... being with him again was so... natural to me.... we did things we never had before... went out on dates... took his kids (the ones he broke me having that I accepted with open arms) places... I helped him get his place together... we stayed at my house or his every day... took vacation and helped him with hernia surgery. We did things... but there was no intimacy. We kissed on the lips maybe 3-4 times in 6 months. He never complimented me ONE time. Not in lingerie... not on dates... never. I took everything care of my home and family and responsibilities... I kept myself up... I literally couldn’t understand. We had a few arguments... cuz things were just off... weren’t how I expected it would be if I would just be his girlfriend... it was all about him but in arguments he would call me selfish... I was confused as to if I was expecting to much... or if the feeling inside me was right... the less he complimented me and more he criticized me... the more insecure I got... and I was in a good place before he came back... so quickly it turned to self doubt and insecurity... he was everything for so long and for the universe to send him back to me... it surely had to be meant to be... I had to be trippin. After me not watching his kids... saying no... (cuz they have behavioral issues and it was nottt a good situation between their mom and me obviously cuz he left me and I lost my mind) so I didn’t want to for him to go play fantasy football... after an argument... he just got back with his other ex... the other one that was shuffled in years ago... she literally is irresponsible... has nothing in life... has rotting teeth... cross eyes... not to even talk about people cuz I have flaws but she is not even close to my caliber... and I am not trying to sound cocky at all... I am only saying. It just broke me all over again... she basically is living with him now. Around the kids... I just I can’t believe it. But the more I listen to videos and things... the more I realize he is a narcissist and I have been trying so hard to just be self aware and try to be grateful this time lasted 6 months and my soul was telling me... than another 10 years... but... it hurt me... badly... and I have been obsessed with the gym ever since to get just how he wants even tho I know I can’t be with him. Not sure what thats about but I’m working on it... he had my head so messed up I thought I was the narcissist smh 🤦🏻♀️... it is... just crappy when u think the universe sent u the love of ur life back... and it turns out it is a lesson in self love... listening to your intuition... and realization that he shouldn’t be on the pedestal I placed him on for all these years... he is a narcissist who will use and destroy everyone he has relationships with... just like he has for those I thought he was living so good and happy in... Hey, normally I don't read long comments BUT I can sense your sincerity and saw some parallels in both of our stories. He would comment on my weight and my butt. I had always been lean and shapely with a nice back side. But dealing with the stresses of life my weight began to fluctuate and he had NO problem letting me know this... Even when his was less than ideal I took him back too...twice. I even relocated for one of those reunions. ( ended up being a waste of my time, but for love i was willing to try) I know what you mean about being doubtful of finding that same chemistry again in life. BUT as I read your story I saw that YOU are still growing as a person, most likely he isn't. ( Just like mine wasn't) His job & address would change but he didn't...not for the better anyway. He didnt work on himself inside or outside. Just covered everything up with nice clothes... A well dressed ungrateful man. I take comfort in 3 things: 1- My chemistry with him was based on who I was & who he was during THAT time. I won't lie, I Loved that feeling & relish it deeply. 2- I heard another coach ( Susan Winters) talk about how our deep connections of the past were due to the love we gave & shared. But that Love was ours to give. It came from inside of us and it's still there 3- Maybe, I'm just a hopeless romantic BUT I believe that the same God that let me experience that Love / Chemistry before will do it again. Except this time it will be with a more mature man who won't belittle me. He will appreciate me & grow with me.

I wish I could say the same. I was raised by narcs and became borderline personality. But I'm not promiscuous, I'm what they would call a "quiet borderline". Raised middle class narcs, but was never allowed to have a voice. I rage at myself. But us borderlines, we got that paranoia going on. So when I'm around someone whose lying to me all the time, I'll dissociate and that's when the narc sees what a crazy woman really looks like. Now looking back I realised that the Narcissist I was with, his family was well aware that he was gonna discard me. Because the last person I met was his aunt about a month and a half ago and the last thing she said to me was....I don't know if it'll last or not. But, it was nice meeting you. And she also told me that he's brought a lot of girls home, but never told me about you. His family however knew about me ....we planned on marrying and his family spoke to mine, so they were well aware how serious I was.
I was asked by them to get him to quit drinking....as he drinks beyond limits. I'm slowly putting all the pieces together. It's hurting me as I trusted him so much. I just want karma to intervene.

After finding out what's been wrong in my life, determined to beat this!
My... situationship... started about 11 years ago. It was just a “friends with benefits” thing... he was a barber... the sexiest man I had ever seen... I wanted him for years secretly so when the opportunity presented itself in any way I was more than open... I fell so hard for him... while he kept throwing in my face that we weren’t together and he was “just keeping things like we said”... he knew I worshiped him... he ended up having 2 kids cuz even tho we were together every day and every night he somehow found time to get a whole relationship... I hadn’t spoken to him at all for about 3 years. It crushes me when he cut off all contact and moved in with the woman he had kids with... I obsessed over how they must live and how happy she must be... how he must love her. I tried to move on and eventually did stop thinking about him... it took a long time... I only dated someone briefly for 4 months about a year after he left... the rest of that 3 years I was alone. I believed with everything in me he was my one and I would never find chemistry like we had... he liked a picture of mine on social media this past March. Just a like... we aren’t friends on any social media cuz I went insane when he left me... all the games he was playing that first 6 years... it was a lotttt... so... I message him. And we were together every day... he had moved out. Wanted to show me his place... it is right down the street from where he knew I live. I fell right back. Felt that if the universe brought him back to me it must be meant to be rightttttt... I had done nothing but work out... but wasn’t like completely fit... but working on it daily and trying to work on mental... going thru so much with my kids... I was lonely... being with him again was so... natural to me.... we did things we never had before... went out on dates... took his kids (the ones he broke me having that I accepted with open arms) places... I helped him get his place together... we stayed at my house or his every day... took vacation and helped him with hernia surgery. We did things... but there was no intimacy. We kissed on the lips maybe 3-4 times in 6 months. He never complimented me ONE time. Not in lingerie... not on dates... never. He only would say... you would be good if ur ass was fatter... u would be good if u had abs... it wasn’t sitting right with my soul... inside. I went to the gym... I took everything care of my home and family and responsibilities... I kept myself up... I literally couldn’t understand. We had a few arguments... cuz things were just off... weren’t how I expected it would be if I would just be his girlfriend... it was all about him but in arguments he would call me selfish... I was confused as to if I was expecting to much... or if the feeling inside me was right... the less he complimented me and more he criticized me... the more insecure I got... and I was in a good place before he came back... so quickly it turned to self doubt and insecurity... he was everything for so long and for the universe to send him back to me... it surely had to be meant to be... I had to be trippin. After me not watching his kids... saying no... (cuz they have behavioral issues and it was nottt a good situation between their mom and me obviously cuz he left me and I lost my mind) so I didn’t want to for him to go play fantasy football... after an argument... he just got back with his other ex... the other one that was shuffled in years ago... she literally is irresponsible... has nothing in life... has rotting teeth... cross eyes... not to even talk about people cuz I have flaws but she is not even close to my caliber... and I am not trying to sound cocky at all... I am only saying. It just broke me all over again... she basically is living with him now. Around the kids... I just I can’t believe it. But the more I listen to videos and things... the more I realize he is a narcissist and I have been trying so hard to just be self aware and try to be grateful this time lasted 6 months and my soul was telling me... than another 10 years... but... it hurt me... badly... and I have been obsessed with the gym ever since to get just how he wants even tho I know I can’t be with him. Not sure what thats about but I’m working on it... he had my head so messed up I thought I was the narcissist smh 🤦🏻♀️... it is... just crappy when u think the universe sent u the love of ur life back... and it turns out it is a lesson in self love... listening to your intuition... and realization that he shouldn’t be on the pedestal I placed him on for all these years... he is a narcissist who will use and destroy everyone he has relationships with... just like he has for those I thought he was living so good and happy in... I hope I can remain strong if he comes back around... I just wanted to share my story... thanks 😊

Hey, normally I don't read long comments BUT I can sense your sincerity and saw some parallels in both of our stories.
He would comment on my weight and my butt. I had always been lean and shapely with a nice back side. But dealing with the stresses of life my weight began to fluctuate and he had NO problem letting me know this...
Even when his was less than ideal
I took him back too...twice. I even relocated for one of those reunions. ( ended up being a waste of my time, but for love i was willing to try)
I know what you mean about being doubtful of finding that same chemistry again in life. BUT as I read your story I saw that YOU are still growing as a person, most likely he isn't. ( Just like mine wasn't)
His job & address would change but he didn't...not for the better anyway. He didnt work on himself inside or outside. Just covered everything up with nice clothes...
A well dressed ungrateful man.
I take comfort in 3 things:
1- My chemistry with him was based on who I was & who he was during THAT time. I won't lie, I Loved that feeling & relish it deeply.
2- I heard another coach ( Susan Winters) talk about how our deep connections of the past were due to the love we gave & shared.
But that Love was ours to give.
It came from inside of us and it's still there
3- Maybe, I'm just a hopeless romantic BUT I believe that the same God that let me experience that Love / Chemistry before will do it again. Except this time it will be with a more mature man who won't belittle me. He will appreciate me & grow with me.
