when you broke down laughing i could so relate omg telsha. your laugh gave me a flashback to my childhood -my intuition always knew my stepdad was "off/weird/odd/etc" at the age 12+/and i now remember laughing at him myself when i was younger due to literally throwing my hands up at any other emotion left for his absurdity!! its like BOOM...hearing you laugh there it was...another epiphany.light bulb moment connection. my gut ALWAYS knew...children FEEEEEL THIS. they just don't understand whats happening to them NOR are they given a voice to express it by the toxic adults around them,. no one wins here. wow
My son would be in the corner hunched over laughing at his own dad because the things he was saying and doing were so off the wall but he wouldn’t respond when I’d ask him what he’s laughing at… I knew though. The day I told my son we were leaving, not living with my husband anymore I was so scared to tell my kids and once again my son looked like he was trying to keep from laughing.
She took on my personality, how I handle different situations. She would even say, I channeled you. She stole my watch, necklace, my ss card is missing, she has my work tools, and she called the police on me, and she is the violent provoking one..crazy

Someone posted a photo of my recent ex narcissist at her daughters wedding which was last month. She is hovering (not hoovering) over her 2 year old granddaughter and looks very evil. To the uninitiated it looks like a loving grandmother doting on her beloved granddaughter but upon closer inspection those of us who have survived one of these evil beings she is clearly extracting supply from the granddaughter and demonstrating zero empathy or compassion. She actually looks like a vampire and I truly believe the legend of dracula is about narcissists. They are true vampires.

You're right they can't do things on their own. I took my victim hood mother to big box store about two weeks ago. Well she wanted outdoor 💺 s. The store had some clearance chairs. However, these chairs were low to the ground and the seat area was slanted. She told me to put four in the buggy. She said they are a good price. I then proceeded to explain that you are wasting $60 on chairs you can't use. My mother needs back support. Finally, she got it. So, then we go back to Lowes to get chairs that she and her neighbors can sit in with no problems. They lack, lack, understanding but always got a word for you. Make it make sense.

This video was particularly helpful to me because of the phase that I'm in. I have been ruminating for almost 4 months and the rumination has been pretty much constant. In the morning when I wake up I would find that within 2 minutes if not right away, my mind would go to him and the ruminations would begin. Now, I'm working more towards radical acceptance since the discard and again, this video is really, enormously helpful for somebody at the phase that I'm in. I am accepting that none of it was real and this instance of rejection is actually my protection. So again, this video goes right with that and I love it. Thank you so much!
