  • This factory is able to pump out 20,000 dumplings a day! Depending on your country, it may be a potsticker, dumpling or gyoza but the speed and accuracy at which so many dumplings can be made is quite a visual treat!

      @@Japanesefoodcraftsman I absolutely loved Nagaoka, and living in Japan. I was only 19 when I moved to Japan, and it changed my life, and helped me grow so much! I also met my wife who is from Tokamachi.
      Many of my friends still live in Nagaoka🥰

    While I'd prefer dumplings made by hand, it's good to see they're still keeping in some tradition among the automation.

      There appear to be only natural ingredients in the dumplings, all added by hand to the machines. I guess that is better than most of the manufactured food here in the US with at least a dozen chemical additions to everything.
