Thanks for this video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am the actual designer/engineer who did a electronics design of both cabinets (Jacking pump and diesel starter), so happy to see this online :)
I will love doing that. Unfortunately, I don't have a site right now for that. The procedure will be the same. One engine for sprinkler system and hydrant system combined. Test one at a time while the other is isolated. Engine starts by each pressure switches ...so it will be easy.
I noticed on the engine coolant reservoir what looks like rust streaks from the radiator cap. Dose this one have straight water in the cooling system causing it to rust up like that? I've seen all too often people using just water in a cooling system causing heavy rust internally in the engine.
I agree with you. I only pour radiator coolant. However, there's a history behind this engine. It's started with an dumb plumber who isolated the main supply valve in the street due to a leak. He left it for a days. The engine run and no supply water available for 3 hours after I shut the engine. It was steaming hot. It happened 3 years ago.

Thanks a lot. Really appreciate the explanation
Love your videos! Quick question do you also complete the monthly logbook for the monthly fire hydrant system?
Yes. Monthly logbook is required. Three copies- one for customer, the fire company office and one left in the book.
Nice work, can you share the Check list
I will make a video of that...
@@fireprotectionguy7943 Thanks 🙂
Just look up AS1851-2012 and the check list is in there.

Doesn’t want to open bypass valve before diesel pump testing?
Never do that.
