thats not the "amex building". thats one of amex's leased floors. their main campus is the building right next to one horizon towers....

The building (Amex Campus) you are referring to is also on lease. Majority of MNC's in Gurgaon are on lease. However, Amex has now opened its campus in sec 74A on 9acre land patch purchased from DLF which solely belongs to them and is magnificent. Interiors are still to be out on the internet which is exceptional.
