Music is far too underappreciated in video games. The music is such an integral part to the game and how it makes you feel. The monster battles would never be the same without it! Thank you Monster Hunter for providing such incredible music and music that I also love to play on the piano ♥ My favourite themes to learn so far have been Bazelgeuse and Vaal Hazak :D

The music in the MHW is superb! Definitely more than just a simple 'excellent'. The first time I heard the MHW's main theme was from the trailer. It brought me to tears, even through I was there, standing in middle of crowded train watching the trailer. I just don't know how to describe that feeling; "Driven by the Stars" felt so liberating and amazing that I didn't care about my surrounding. I knew from the music that this game is going to be a blast, and indeed, it is. Thank you to all production team for the awesome music!
I wonder.. When you fight a Monster, It's Theme Plays and When Bagel Joins, It's Theme Plays instead of the Monster's Theme. Same with Pickle. So I wonder which theme will come on top when they Both join...

While a lot of monsters don't have their own theme in this installment, I absolutely love the soundtrack of some of the later game fights. Vaal hazak, Rotten vale, and yes, even the Bazel.
Leeroy I've only played 3U, 4U and Generations and the only memorable one to me is Moga, I know Generations had returning villages but the concept of having 4 areas to go to just for story quests was annoying to me and I never really paid any attention to the music. What villages have good themes? I'll go look them up :)

And you guys surely nailed it! ❤️ The game and the music itself felt as beautiful, unique and masterful as it did in classic favorite MH games like MH2 and MHTri. :) But also at the same time managed to be so cinematic and lively, suiting the game’s personality and fast-paced open combat *perfectly!* When the old and experienced MH development team is working on the music and game itself, I just *know* it’s gonna be another great installment to the series. :)
Badass Toad Yeah, have Komiyama, Makino and Narita in one team again since MHP2ndG (Freedom Unite) they will deliver! Komiyama has always been the composer for MH series going forward, as well as Makino. I like the new recorded theme of Kushala, Komiyama did a great work. God bless her! I'm just glad they didn't go with MH4 composers for World that wouldn't have been great. I just didn't like that soundtrack or X/Gen.

I won’t be surprised if every single piece of music from MHTri’s soundtrack brought you smiles and joy. :) The beautiful Loc Lac city with all the relaxing and joyful music.. The beautiful and friendly community that *made* it what it is today.. The love put into the ecosystem, the monster designs, and the beautiful underwater exploration. You just can’t find anything wrong with that masterpiece, and MHW is thankfully today’s MHTri. :) Surely it doesn’t have a soundtrack as big as MHTri’s, but it’s still just as masterful and carries the soul of the series just as well as MHTri did it! The series was taken back to it’s roots, indeed!

AudioTechnica's ATH-150 really is the last pair of cans you'll probably need. Watch for them, they appear in professional mastering sessions all over the world
Xeno'jiiva's theme are a masterpiece. Rotten Vale's theme is so easy to recognize it's amazing to hear every time it starts up, even if it means you're being attacked by something. Bazel's theme, though great, can fuck off. Like the monster it's for. X3
Monster Hunter music has always been so close to my heart! I remember the days when I was playing freedom unite, during a hunt when the dragonator hits Lao shan lung and "Proof of a Hero" starts playing! Those were the moments where I feel empowered that I can do anything and nothing can stop me not even this giant red dragon! It really hits me deep whenever I hear the Monster Hunter theme music and it will always be special to me!!! 😊 Thank you Monster Hunter!!!
I almost didn't want to say it but hell yes, the music in the game is absolute God-tier stuff. The Coral Highlands, Teostra's, Bazel, Nerg's theme is awesome. Don't even get me started on the Private Suite music. I always end my gaming sessions there and stay there for a few minutes to unwind from all the intense hunting.

I have always LOVED the themes throughout this franchise but World achieved a new emotional level for me. I got so attached to the soundtrack that almost every time I walk to campus I have to listen to the main theme Driven by the Stars. I really hope all players around the World appreciate efforts the team put into this soundtrack, truly masterful for a video game, really enhanced the experience especially those Xeno themes...

one more thing I do appreciate the music team is that they remastered all returning monster themes to be less repetitive and more build-up than the original. Don't get me wrong, I like old Deviljho and Teostra's themes more than the remix cuz they jump into action quick, but also get repetitive quick. I have no history with 2nd gen MH, but I love the new Kushala Daora theme way more than the original cuz it's aged badly (I've fought Kushala Daora in MHGU, does that count? -_-). Good job, Tadayoshi Makino! But boy oh boy, Yuko Komiyama, you have my big respect to make Nergigante's theme so gorgeous. The theme fit its savage yet never feel like hunters should shit their pants on fighting him.

Dismoeyy yes, although I havent gotten into skyrim too much, I recall the great soundtracks that created the atmosphere of the game as a whole

Only flagships, elder dragons, and exceptions like Jho and Bazel have had their own theme in the past.
