      ​@@vp4053 dip a garlic clove in yoghurt if you are sensitive to its aroma. Then you can make a paste and just swallow with water. If taken raw, it acts as medicine. If cooked, it's medicinal property diminishes and it just becomes a flavouring agent.

      Gorlic ke do Kali ko chop karke night me khana khane ke bad , aur do Kali morning me Khali pet kachcha chabakar tab tak masticate Kare jab tak saliva na ban jaye uske bad saliva from me ingest kaein .

      @@sajidiqubal1330 juice nikalte waqt chukandar ke chilke ko nikal dijiye fir chukandar ko chhote chhote tukde mei kat dijiye aur juicer mei dal dijiye....juice ban jayega ...nimbu dal ke pijiye ......namak mat daliyega....only 3 month pijiye 1 month mei fark par jayega .....
      Sabhi juicer mei chukandar ka juice nahi banta hai ...eske liye koi acha sa juicer lena padega jaise sujata ka multi mix ....rs5400 ya 5000 ka milega

    If high bp, just do,
    7 repetations of sheetali and sheetkari pranayam 2 times a day , with in a week bp will be normal .

    Garlic 100% works!! Ive tried it and so have other people i know!
    Beetroot,coconut water, pomegranate all are helpful too. Of course, nothing beats a balanced diet and even a regular walk!

      According to ayurveda garlic is hot in nature so soak garlic overnight and than eat it next morning.

    I used to take high blood pressure medicine for last 8 to 9 years ( 50 mg plus 10 mg medicine ) than I start to eat every morning 2 clove garlic 🧄 , now I take less than 10 mg medicine , ( some time I don't take medicine ) but my blood pressure is still normal ! ! Thanks God

    Mere husband ka 1 month pahle bp 190/118 ho gya tha maine lipid check kraya cholestrol bhi badha tha lekin ishwar ki kripa se aur khanpan aur routine sahi krke ab bp 1 month me hi 119/77 ho gya h ab stable h

    Loudspeakers increase blood pressure by irritating.
    Woken up violently in early morning hours. 5.50 to 7.00 am is the worst time with rising intensity noise.
    Another at 8.30am ensures complete loss of sleep
    Aged, infirm, infants, health care suffer the most.
    During the day too, it distracts and intrudes in conversation and TV programs.
    Disturbs rest and irritates.
    Unattended complaint on website of police, NHRC, CPGRMS have emboldened them to be more noisy.
    Supreme court should immediately act.
    Tolerance has it's limits.

    In morning is better, for last 25years i m taking garlic, but with my medicine prescribed by my doctor, and now at 72 I feel ok,

    3:15 What do you mean by, Upar ke ya Niche ke hisse ko Katte hai? Usually the top and bottom most small part we remove right which is waste ... its almost a root and at top it links to its leaves .... ..do you wish to suggest eat that all?

    Even one or two cups of tea n coffee will affect the adrenaline s...also garlic has to be cut n exposed to air for one hour before year

    एक ओर, हिंग चुटकी भर घी नही तो हनी के साथ सुबह शाम ले कर भी BP control मे आता हे। ओर आप तज powder आधी छोटी चम्मच हनी नही तो चबा शकते हो । मे भी लेती हूँ ।
