I've been doing this video for 3 or 4 days in a row and I have dramatic results. I had hooded eyelids and Crows feet which lead my to these eye exercises. I saw a difference after one time of doing these exercises. I'm so excited to see what happens in a few weeks, months, years of doing these eye exercises as well as other facial yoga exercises every morning.
I've been doing these faithfully for about 5 months (along with neck, jowls, and lip work, and I added a few gentle neck stretches) and I've noticed these added benefits. #1 I do these as part of my morning routine and they really open up my sinuses and help morning stuffiness to drain. #2 I honestly think my eyesight has improved as my eye muscles have strengthened. And #3 (the best!) My eyelashes and eyebrows are growing back! They have thinned as I've gotten older. But my eyelashes actually touch my eyebrows again! The whole ritual takes no more than 10 minutes and it's a great way to start the day refreshed and relaxed. So many benefits from so little effort.
I looked for this Chanel for more face yoga. Saw one video on cheek lifting and saw a visible improvement in just over a month. So excited to try under eye treatments
Danielle, is there a reason why with the last exercise I don't feel any quivering of the eyelid? I've tried moving the index finger around a bit under the eyebrow but still don't get the shaking.
