In the last few years ive been developing a "turkey neck" , sagging skin on my throat. Im a 61 yo physically fit man and people often think im 15 years younger...until they see my neck. Thank you Lisa for these wonderful exercises. I have just discovered you about a week ago. I am 78 and some may think why bother!!! But I do bother and like look my best till it’s time to go 😃. An area that I have issues with is my mouth area and thinning lips. Would love to see some exercise to improve that part of the face. Thank you very much from London ❤

Although, my face is changing a lot and is building up muscle tone because I do your videos at least 4 times a week, and am remembering the exercises now so I can do them during downtime throughout her day. I was shaping up to acquire a turkey neck and saggy jowls; at the age of 42 they were starting to form. But now my jawline is becoming nice and defined, and the neck is firming right up! I am so so thankful!!!

Well i am 28 y.o. woman. But i have a lot of stress in my life and bad sleep discipline, a lot of work. So some annoying wrinkles apperead near mouth triangle and on the right of my forehead eyebrow (sorry for my English).

Hi there! I see what you mean, hopefully I can clear myself up for you! I cleanse, then I use rosehip/jojoba oil whilst I do my routine, then finish with moisturiser. What is your routine I might be able to give you more guidance if I know the steps you take? x

Hi there! I always recommend 10 minutes a day for great results, so once per day is plenty! I also recommend mixing it up daily with our range of videos, so doing a strength routine such as this one day, and then doing our daily facial massage the next is the perfect balance! :)

I keep all facial products refrigerated and I incorporated flaxseed oil in my

I have added a variety of videos so that you can keep your routine varied, there are about 6 videos on this playlist now so that means you could do a different routine almost every day of the week! Or you could do your favourite routine every other day and pick and choose other routines to do on alternate days! As long as you are doing 10 minutes per day you will see results with all of our videos :)

Hi there! My method uses techniques that avoid wrinkling of the skin, I have used these exercises for over 15 years now and as my own case study I can see that they do not cause premature wrinkles, and do in fact delay/mitigate them :) thanks for watching!
