I use to do this exercise for last 3 months n after 6 sets, biceps just blown up. One thing which is important, during repetitions of your set, grip plays a vital role otherwise forearms will have all the pump. Thanks Gaurav bhai

I am training since 4 years and approx 1 year I was taking whey protein (dymatize ISO pure) (muscle pharma combat) and recently I have been diagnosed with PV thrombosis (blood clots) in veins. Do you think it is because of protein supplement? I don't want to leave bodybuilding anyhow.. Please suggest

I actually dont use partners during workout, I will do this with the bicep stand, that could be my partner for biceps
