    Do a similar excercise ... We start with 9 reps each ... Then 8 .. then 7 .. then 6 and so on ... Amazing burn - followed by a seated preacher type curl with the cable machine - 4 sets to failure .. but that's after doing dumbbell curls and hammers

    I use to do this exercise for last 3 months n after 6 sets, biceps just blown up. One thing which is important, during repetitions of your set, grip plays a vital role otherwise forearms will have all the pump. Thanks Gaurav bhai

      Brother...I don't know..why you are finding it wrong...unlike other superstars advertising without consuming it personally...he too consumes my protein...it's obvious that he gets sponsered by my protein...so what..he never fails in content agenda..so even if he does a 5 mins video...what's the problem with flaunting sponsers which takes nearly 5 seconds....if you don't like it forward it.. simple.

    Gaurav bhai i hope you read this comment. I have a medical condition during bodybuilding. I am training since 4 years and approx 1 year I was taking whey protein (dymatize ISO pure) (muscle pharma combat) and recently I have been diagnosed with PV thrombosis (blood clots) in veins. Do you think it is because of protein supplement? I don't want to leave bodybuilding anyhow.. Please suggest
