Great interview - motivation
I used to love your voice atlast saw you. I often watch your videos .
Observing the government's policies for sometime, I am sharing my conclusion. From 2021, there will a lot of uncertainity in govt. jobs. I think most of the notifications will be once in 2 to 3 years. In case of regular notifications, I guess the number of vacancies will be reduced each time. On top of that, I guess there will be a cap on number of attempts as well. I request all the aspirants to please think of family backgrounds before preparing for IES (or any other govt. job in general).

Upsc IES... for graduate engineers only... IES engineers.. Starting GP5400... But after 16-18 years they can reach GP 10000,... Promotion facilities is very very first... Best jobs for engineers but milna tough..hai.... Nasif owala ko hi milta tai..., AEN - GP5400, DEN - GP 6600,SR.DEN GP 7600,Addl chief engineer GP 8700/8900, and Chief Engineer - GP 10000, within 18 years.

Now there is no railway with IES
And govt will most probably discountinue the entry of railways in engineering services. It will be taken through different exam most probably
final decision is not taken yet.
@Rajnish Mishra it will be sold slowly and steadily provided you vote for BJP again in 2024. Otherwise it's not that easy to sell railway. Give them time till 2029 , they will sell railway easily

PSUs offer more salary but.. power fame name and outside income is more in IES which is more far than PSUs life time earning 😂. And this is truth about IAS or IES
Har koi ghuskhor nhi hota hai. Kuch log imandari se job krte hai unhe ki wjha se department chal rhe hai.
Sab ghooskhor ho jyenge to Railways doob jyega.
Soch badlo desh badlega.
Log pta nhi kyu upari kamai ko itna shan se bolte hai.

Lyk this year I qualified for IIT jee ...ND getting seat in mechanical engineering in NIT Rourkela ND some lower IITs jodhpur bhilai Indore and all from female quota....but I m not that fascinated to machine ND all.......is tag of IIT nit matters that much or should I take CSE in IIITs...as per my comfort zone...
@@khushisahoo3492 currently i work @Oracle in bangalore... u can go for IIIT computer science too... if thats what u want... IIIT is also a good tag ... at par with most IIT and NITs. 👍 all the nest for your future endeavors
