Its totally depend upon the Service you Join in IES. Generally people Synchronise IES with Railway's. If one thinks of monetary and comfort of life ONGC is better. Working Culture in PSUs are far superior.

PSU also provides Quarter and also provides PRP average 35%-100% of Basik salary ,PRP depends on post and performance ,this was not included in video

other services through ESE comes under central civil services (ccs) for which ccs rules are followed, your parents having pension below 9000, sisters, minor brother , wife , children all come under dependents. You have given a CGHS card which includes unlimited medical benefits in cghs empanneled hospital which includes even big private hospitals

One more thing I request you if possible please add in another short video, why most people leave PSUs(ONGC BPCL IOCL) for IES especially for RAILWAYS. I know everyone has different reasons still a majority of people why leave? And if you don't mind then we also want to know from your & Naveen sir's perspective the reason for leaving PSUs.

Hi Sir, for RRB SSE entry how will the exam pattern? Whether it will be similar to RRB JE CBT 1&2 or else new pattern will be there??
If yes whether we have to focus both on tech aswell as non tech also?
For now assume same pattern as that of JE.

sir, one more point I request to you for add what are the medical benefits after retirement in both organization RAILWAY & ONGC. Because during service people can even afford private medical health insurance if needed but after retirement when an old pension system is not present nowadays and health issues will be more after retirement then which organization provide better health benefit without taking any charges or with taking fewer charges?

I do not agree with the job security point. While privatizing, govt. can transfer management control like air india. Then they can layoff/retrench the employee.

Major difference is IES officer is gazetted officer and PSU's company board level officer as well as Chairman is not gazatted officer.
Even RBI governor is not gazetted. There's no benefit of being a gazetted officer.
And there is no any benefit of gazetted officer,it's just u attest on papers which is headache not benefit
