Financially ONGC is better till 10-12 years of service After going into selection grade in Railway, it's salary will be more than person in ONGC joined at same time. For me 14 days on-off duty was not suitable, i prefer to be available for my parents all time in case of any emergencies (at ONGC if you are offshore then it is very difficult to return home before completing 14 days) Both organisations have their own benefits.

Major difference is IES officer is gazetted officer and PSU's company board level officer as well as Chairman is not gazatted officer.
Even RBI governor is not gazetted. There's no benefit of being a gazetted officer.
And there is no any benefit of gazetted officer,it's just u attest on papers which is headache not benefit

Gazated means you can any human recognise, which is made special to others.

PSU also provides Quarter and also provides PRP average 35%-100% of Basik salary ,PRP depends on post and performance ,this was not included in video
