The salary that I hv discussed here is for training period itself.
      After training we get increments.
No, it's not 3 years in jamalpur.
Out of 1.5 years of probationary training, only 6-8 months are spent in jamalpur.

My father is a retired IRMS ( INDIAN RAILWAY MEDICAL SERVICE). He was the chief anesthesiologist. At the end after retirement you won't get anything. If anyone want to earn don't come to this group one jobs afterall it's a service. You get all allowance facilities but in the end money is everything. Even a small groceries shop owner earns 10 times more than this salary per month, some even In a week. You can live a normal middle class life by going to these jobs.

It's true Hari that business can definitely give much more salaries. But there is a risk of failure associated with every small and big business which most people can't take. Also the initial funding may not be available to most people.

Watch every video of yours Sir. You are doing a fantastic job. But the thing is now the scenario is against us, who are preparing for such technical exams. Recruitment numbers are going down drastically as years are progressing. Can you give some insights on whether Indian Railways would recruit for IES or the vacancies in IES for mechanical would remain the same number between 10-20 for general candidates? PSUs too hardly recruit through GATE since 2020. Please make a video on the future of mechanical in specific.

      I understand your situation Mitadru,
But corona has hit every sector very hard (all PSUs, govt recruitments, pvt jobs, everything).
Bit I strongly believe that soon they will all recruit and vacancies will be there.
Railways hasn't recruited since 2 years, so next year there are very high chance if recruitment, either by previous system or by IRMS.
