Just generally speaking and not for this game or general satisfaction. This cpu bottlenecks the 3090 a lot. Also the ram is kinda slow for that system. I know this game is capped and in general you can enjoy games for sure but yea 3600 is very little for 3090. Bare in mind that in many cases that you might see 99 % gpu utilisation there is still a quite big bottleneck
Yes brother, aware of that. Got this RTX 3090 from Used market at very good price back in February. In the future, might upgrade the 3600 to 5800X3D or something.

Sadly, it is a game engine limitation. There is no option to change or remove that.
