Project number two is a good idea if you are staging a home for sale, but I don’t actually think it would work for every day use.
imagine how it would start to peel after the first time you sat on it. 😅

My niece painted a chair and it turned out great. They use it everyday and it still looks wonderful.

I didn’t know you could paint leather, wouldn’t it crack and peel?

There's a special fabric paint for leather. Don't know what it's called. Google can tell you. 😊

In a nutshell, FREE items are repaired, cleaned, disassembled, painted or stained, reupholstered, and reassembled.
Always cheaper, and always matches your own decor, than buying new. Plus, it keeps old furnishings out of a landfill.
    Use your imagination.

Please take time to center your print designs. So many misses. With stripes, align your upper and lower cushions for a cleaner more cohesive design.
Measure twice, cut once is the best advice I ever got.

Lots of people have the time. Besides, using a few hours of your own time is cheaper than spending ten times the money that took you ten times as long to earn if you were buying *NEW.*

Some people find it very relaxing to renew old furniture. I love working outside on items when it's cozy warm.
