I have tried demonic possession and it felt like all my emotions turned into darkness. When that happened, I knew I was possessed and I focused on my heart/unconditional love/God and the demon left me. My sleep paralysis also stopped more or less from that day.
I believe the key to ascension is to face the darkness head on with unconditional love and go through it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. a few years ago i've noticed that there are a couple of major timelines the human species as a collective can go down, and I too have been trying to choose the best timeline for us which is the ascension timeline; this video and her story have helped reaffirm i'm on the desired timeline.
I think the attraction that ET's and other entities have for humans is our immediate connection to love. That is why some try to block us and others try to assist. This realm of not-love is the supreme developmental challenge that leads to strength and mastery.
Seeing our adversaries as merely participants in this game., actually be grateful for the role they play.
Why should we be grateful if the Reptilians, Archons, etc. end up enslaving/feeding off our souls? Is Source/God entertained by all this madness? Great Interview, loved it .... everything Lindsey said resonated very much with me, and most of it matches The Law of One teaching.
In 2009 I was receiving guidance in various ways, one way was thoughts that would seem to be different, one such thought was ‘ time lines will present themselves that will be understood’, I am still waiting for that time line, the journey has been long and challenging, but I am never alone, although I keep my Angels and guides at arms distance, waiting to begin to trust the spiritual community. Maybe waiting for that timeline that I can understand. I am now 71, time is running out.🙏

I operated on total trust in my safety until my afflicted daughter moved in with me. Since I trusted her [initially] it gave free influence to her destructive entities until I figured out what was going on. But yeah car crashes, strange personal conflicts, mechanical failures...
Then I began seriously focusing on vibration and she fled. Still working on residual effects though because my grand daughter stayed with me.
This is long, but I thought I'd better write this "weird" series of experiences while I was still feeling inspired:
Man, this interview is so great to hear, especially as a confirmation of amazing things I'm going through right now as part of a huge shift in my life during very hard times. (After a lifetime of tough experiences....😧 ) I could write 8 pages about it, but I'll only mention two things: First, I had a profound timeline-shifting experience a few days ago and had multiple confirmations of the reality of it. The confirmations stunned me and took me from a place of just believing in spiritual things to knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that the spiritual realm is more real than our "reality" and our reality is actually an aspect of the spiritual realm. I was skeptical that the timeline-shifting (or what some call quantum jumping) could actually be done--but now know that it can!
The second thing I'll mention is a "poltergeist" dream I had this morning, which culminated in me waking up half in and half out of my body, something I had never experienced before. Years ago I had what I think were two partially remembered NDE's related to sleep apnea, but I had never had a conscious OBE beyond that. (Side note: After the second "NDE" I never had sleep apnea again.)
In this morning's dream I was in a house I didn't recognize, wandering from room to room and observing objects moving by themselves wherever I looked. Instead of being afraid of it, I was excited, saying out loud in the dream, "Wow, this is real! This is so cool!" After watching a painting leave a wall and float across the room, I suddenly woke up in my bed in my own room. I opened my eyes to see that I was lying on my right side, with my left arm hanging down across my chest and my elbow a few inches from my face. Because of my timeline-shift experience a few days ago, I was excited about getting up and working on a new project that seemed to have been "downloaded" into my brain yesterday and the day before. I felt my body roll over to the left and my feet touch the floor, but I could see that I was still lying on my right side, staring at my elbow. I had the distinct sense of being in two places at once, fully aware of both body positions. It was as if my senses had been split in two: My sense of seeing was "stuck" in my reposed body in the bed, while my feeling senses were in my "other" body sitting on the edge of the bed. Instead of being scared or panicked, I was fascinated by it and actually thought, "Wow, I think this is some kind of OBE!"
I then tried to get up again, with the exact same result: I was still seeing my perfectly still elbow and the wall and window beyond my bed, but realized I couldn't roll my eyes around to look at anything else nor actually feel my reposed body or move any visible part of it. However, I could feel myself--in my other body--sitting on the edge of the bed with my feet on the ground. But that body didn't have any eyesight, lol, because my eyesight was in my head lying on the pillow. 🤠 After a third unsuccessful attempt at getting up as a single budy, I was suddenly able to close my eyes, open them again, and then climb out of bed, fully intact. Just like in the dream, I said, "Wow, this is so cool!"
After all of that, I sat down at my computer to work on my project, only to discover this Wisdom From North video in my suggested videos list. A sychronistic confirmation that I'm not losing my mind. 😂 Thank you!
I started writing more details about the timeline-shift event, too, but realized it would take far too long to explain everything leading up to it.
This was so validating. I have had trouble “feeling the love” but I know how to put myself into that source light. Thank you for validating that it is just that simple💛to dispel negative forces and even our own down cast thoughts & feelings.

I'm glad you mentioned this, because I dealt with severe "darkeness" for my entire childhood, and I hadn't invited that in. My Mom was a narcissistic, abusive, psychopath, and came from generations of that. My Dad's side had its own issues. So yes, I believe it can be passed along, and one can be born into it.
My experience of "darkness" was demons, haunting, devil looking things, Poltergeist activity, terrifying nightmares every night, ...just wanted to clarify ;)

@theindieera Exactly🩷 We didn't come here to continue playing out old patterns. I've spent my life healing generations of trauma and lower vibrations. As I got older, I understood more of what I was doing and became a conscious healer of myself, which reflects backwards and forwards in our "lineage" (even though it isn't actually linear), and ripples through everyone/thing. It's a great honor to be the one to break the "curse", but I'm not sure I actually understood how difficult and painful it would be 😬 Anytime I considered su**cide, I kept going because I felt that if I passed, so would all the work I had done so far, and I couldn't bear the thought of anyone else having to go through all that I did to get tot the point I am at. I don't want my story to be a pity party, I want it to be inspirational and for others to look up to when they need a reason to keep going. Ugh, I should just write a book about my life..anyone know a good ghost writer? ;)

Many years ago while travelling in Central America . I had a experience of feeling sleep paralysis and a dark entity on top of my body that felt terrifying . Then I had the awareness of a tool I learnt via “ access consciousness “ and stated in my awareness ‘ expand ‘ and so instead of going into contraction through fear , my energy body and heart expanded instead and instantaneously the dark entity and all the yuckiness heavy perverted strange frightening energy was completely gone . I was wowed that I had transformed that fear of darkness by chooosing into the choice of expansion 🎉. I have never experienced any thing dark like that sense.
Also I use to experience repetitive dreams of running away from something scary and the feeling was of I was caught it would rape and kill me. The dreams felt like scary movies full of drama and intensity . As I awakened more and started to be on my heart path and purifying my body via yoga and meditation my dreams started to be played out in the day light rather than the dark of night . However they still had the scary movie doom day script of trying to escape been caught by something dark and evil .
Then again after been exposed and practicing many of the “ access consciousness “ tools to release many limiting beliefs and dissapate much unconsciousness and stuck patterns / energies .
I had the same dream and within it I did get caught by the negative I was afraid of been caught by, my human personality screamed and begged for someone to help and to let go . In the dream as two big guys held me by each arm and was taken me down a back alley with a end wall and no place to hide or run . All of a sudden the awareness thought came to me “ I am the magic “ and just like magic all the perceived danger was gone and I found myself alone. Puff what a story and illusion , what a dream !!! A dream and story that for many of us and Jo doubt all that would listen to this channel or read this message is here to uplevel and create anew from the heart of love , truth , magic and expansion within to without through this realm and through out all realms and dimensions 🎉❤😊 vibrant love my friends , what an adventure of source we play ❤😂😊

Fabulous interview! Thanks, ladies ❣ I've been to what I was told (by my guides) is "The Central Sun" during hypnosis to meet my higher self (the highest version of my soul, next to being One with God/Source again), and I could see/feel every other soul in this universe and others, and I felt so connected to everything and everyone. It was amazing! The cool thing about this is that once you connect to it consciously, then you can go back within it any time you intend to. I do it in meditation on the regular, especially when I need answers about something, or want to heal my body.
It's possible for everyone to reach this place with a bit of intention and practice. I've been doing Quantum Healing Hypnosis for about six years now and this has helped my connectivity with higher energies/dimensions for sure, but still, each person has the ability to reach these places on their own. The more you practice reaching for the higher energies, the more your psychic abilities will just start opening/activating too! Everyone has psychic ability, however, you must believe that to experience it (as Lindsey said several times). Baby steps and great leaps are all possible. I can channel spirit now quite easily. I never, in the first 30 years of my life, thought I'd be able to channel. Now I'm age 55 and channeling all the time (as needed). By the way, everyone channels, but not everybody knows this is the case! Spirit is guiding us all the time.
Yes, opening to spirits which are of the highest love and light is important. Many levels of spirit exist, as you said, and each are important for humanity to be able to experience. However, one needs to be thoughtful of the energy we tap into. I've had experiences with Jesus also, while giving sessions to other people, and all I can say is WOW! I think I may actually be here to continue Jesus' messages of self love (acceptance), self power, and to love others, through my daily life and using quantum healing. The most recent message he gave to me and my hypnosis partner is that he is available to everyone, at any time. You don't have to be religious to reach out for any of the ascended masters (and there are a LOT, we are all ascended masters in some dimension). But yeah, we have to be careful what type of energy we let in, for sure! Beginners need to set very clear intentions. ☺

Such a wonderful, amazing interview! Her description of the universe having a centre and then hourglass shape of the universe coming out from it reminded me of what is described in an apparently channelled (and later published) work from the early twentieth century. A massive tome called the Urantia Book. That book has been subsequently shown to borrow heavily from a vast range of previously written material, so I wonder what source material it borrowed from to depict an 'hourglass" shape of the Universe.

The inside and outside are essentially the same, mirror reflections. So heavan is both an ideal state of mind and the outer ideal reflection of that. That ideal is partially objective and subjective.
The comments beginning at 32:23 about infinite tornadoes immediately reminded me of the “Sea of Holes” scene from The Beatles Yellow Submarine film. I have to rewatch it now with this info!
Anyone involved in sorcery and divination like Tarot and the Ouija board especially, can have these same things happen to them because you are opening a door, a portal to the lower astral realms where mischievous and demonic entities dwell and roam looking for a human to interract with. They are energetically-aligned with those occult tools of divination once the door is opened by using them. I know. I did the same thing and had the same experience of paralysis while seeing a group of dark silhouetted figures standing in a circle over me along with a frightening and loud audio hallucination. Best not to experiment with tools you’re not equipped or trained to handle. It’s not worth the risk.

Animals definitely know when you have a connection with the other side. On phsycadelics there was a couple of times where I felt there was an energy entity who was communicating with me and my cat out of the blue would jump onto my chest and just stare at me. THE cat never did it any other time, felt like it knew something strange was going on.

9:19 oh man, I thought my dream/astral experience was a trickstér, helpful possibly, in a shadow work sense, that was also playing on my ego. I was always doing these rescue missions for kids etc.. one kid shape shifted into a grown man with long dreads, sweaty, on the ground, laughing but looking exhausted. Like it was amused at the fight I put up. It was odd.

You’re confused and it seems to be over semantics. Choosing and accepting are the same thing, same principles at play. They’re just different words for the same thing. And yes we are here to experience. I agree with that. But a huge part if that is learning from the HUMAN perspective.
