When i was about 4 years old I had a reoccurring dream that this old lady in black had a dog that used to try and bite me. I was so scared. One day i decided to let it bite me but it didn't bite me. I never dreamt of this again😃
What a cool interview. I never realized the power of lucid dreaming. My path introduced me to the power of hypnotherapy, and I’ve had experiences of connecting to pure evil. The moment I turned and faced it, it morphed into extreme fear, and gradually morphed into a scared child who I was able to love back into wholeness (with the help of my spirit guide). These days, when I use hypnotherapy or guided meditation, I actively seek out these separated parts of myself who are scared or angry, and help them heal and remember they are whole, they are love. ❤ I love your videos!
I had a similar experience once, I was contemplating writing a book about a magical forest and as I was exploring the idea I came across an evil shadow presence in the forest that moved around like a dark fleeting cloud, so I got curious about this shadow, wondering how that would fit into the story, and I began to examine it, but when I managed to look at it more closely I found that it was actually just a scared little boy. and as I've contemplated evil since then I've realized it's just fear projected outwards in active defense.
So one evening, I am doing my meditation (started meditating recently to lower my blood pressure), and suddenly I felt my stomach lurch, I got dizzy, and then I was literally standing next to my body on the couch, looking at it, thinking, "wow, interesting!" Me on the couch was aware of me standing next to me and vice versa. What in heck was that?! It lasted only a few seconds. Interesting interview, by the way, thanks!
We talk much about trauma that comes in our dream and it's true. Likely forgiveness will cut the cords that bind us to the pain or people. How to learn to forgive, by being honest with yourself that I have done wrong too. But it is shadows too that can chase us in our dreams. Be careful of the compromising in our awakening life that are not aligned with our higher selves.. And we will see in our Lucide dreams our guardian teams, ready to help us. We are not alone in this. Thank you for your beautiful history.
In the Toltec system there are 9 levels of dreaming. The first is the unconscious level of forgotten dreams. The second is the level of projection in which you are in your own mind. The third up you are increasingly oob, though you may dip in and out of personal mind, be more or less conscious. Fourth up, you must be very aware to remember.

This channel has become one of my favorites! Love all your guests. I’ve played with lucid dreaming before, but it was just sooooo many things required that a lost interesting in it. I’m going to look into Charlie’s method!❤
I am new to my spiritual journey. I was awakened two years before due to the hurt which caused by my lover and he was the catalyst of my spiritual journey. However I have experienced out of body experience like 4 times in my life. Two times it was on the bed before I was about to wake up from sleep. I was feeling like I was falling and falling from a very higher place and I was feeling scary thinking that my back bone would hit the ground, broken and I would die. But later I landed so safely on the bed. It is our complete non physical body which is the soul or the astral body get separated while we are asleep. No connection to the mind and mind is not active at all at this stage even the physical body has no sensation. I also have experience lucid dreams just once in my life and I knew I was dreaming in the dream. I would love to experience it again. Specially out of body experience with vision.
I've experienced lucid dreams all my life but mainly as a nightmare likely due to ptsd. My last lucid nightmare was in April and quite terrifying. I would love to learn how to lucid dream in the positive sense, I will give this a go. Thanks for the tutorial.
i had this dream where my mother was being very cruel and menacing like a demon and she sat on my head (she actually did do that when i was 12 as a "joke" and she was 117kg and unwashed at that time so it was kind of violent, and i can hardly believe it now) and i could not breathe. So (as in a dream she can simultaneously also be going towards me menacingly, in her stinky black nightie...and she's my mother but like a demon and so i thought what to do? i embraced her. Immediately i was released, the trheat stopped.. and i woke up.
I have a Nova Dreamer. Went to their factory . It was difficult to work with tho. Lost a lot of sleep trying to adjust it. Gotta imagine tech and AI could perfect it today.
Are you seeing or feeling something with Charlie or something within yourself? I ask this because I had four frighteningly real experiences of dieing in consecutive dreams. The next morning I visited my mother and she had died.

It was a spontaneous out of body experience. I know as I too had an OBE.
Definitely an OBE.
Go watch Darius J Wright to learn more. ❤

Great interview ❤️🥰
Thanks Jannecke for your interesting guest Charlie Morley talk on lucid dreaming 🙏🙏🤍🙏🙏
Is this episode a repeat? I could sware I have watched this before a while ago.
So in a normal dream if it never occurs to you that you’re actually dreaming, then by definition, you will never experience a lucid dream. Sad.
I loved Charlie! Thank you!❤
Very interesting, thanks so much🙂
OBEs can be induced by will. Watch the work of Darius J Wright. Its for real and truly something that changes the perspectives of EVERYTHING. ❤️

Don't know but, hard for me to integrate some evil lovely, anyway I'll try. Love.
Great interview, but terrible language from Charlie, stopped me enjoying it.
